Merchandise is great, deals could of been better for the Black Friday week long sale. Only thing I would change is have the staff be on the floor vs behind the cash.

I liked the store. Went there because of their advertisement of Black Friday sale, which was available only on a few products. Anyway, I got my winter jacket and snow shoes.I recommend this to the newcomers in the Scarborough area. Staff is friendly and they help you with information and products.

So I've ordered my uniform from this place in February. Not a lot of items most of them don't need to be embroidered. I've called a few times but they've told me my uniform is not there as yet. It is now almost July and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm extremely disappointed, there's no reason why this should be taking that long.

Awesome customer service. Very on point knowledgeabld people who will help you find what you need in the size you need it. You can fell the staff actually want to work there.

Fantastic selection, very friendly and helpful staff. Today being Black Friday, they are slammed with shoppers but the staff are holding down the Fort with the utmost customer care & patience. Got all my Xmas shopping done!

I usually shop at Mark's once a year. I get work boots and uniforms for the factory. Right now winter jackets are on sale. Last week I bought a jacket and I once at home I noticed it was too small. I was able to exchange it. Everyone was extremely friendly.
