Hired this small business for a large home cleaning with around 1000sqft of carpet. Fantastic, responsive customer service (direct with owner) and the actual cleaning was perfect as well. Really pleased with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quality Carpet Cleaners to anyone.

Lorand's carpet cleaning service was excellent. Real quality carpet cleaning!! We called long distance to book the carpet cleaning service before moving in. Lorand was very kind and understanding to accommodate with the schedule. He arrived on time, did professional cleaning. It was amazing that he was able to clean the stains and smells of dog pees on the carpet. The carpet looked like new and had a fresh smell after his cleaning.We were very satisfied with his excellent service.

Excellent experience today with Lorand. I haven't had my carpets professionally cleaned in 7 years and had quite a few stains, including paint drips. The carpeting was also quite compacted due to regular wear. My wall to wall carpeting is now fluffy and soft again and has been restored to its original colours. I also had an area rug cleaned which had a large set-in coffee stain that looks as good as new - I just wish that I had taken a before picture!

Highly recommend Quality Carpet Cleaners! QCC came recommended to me by a friend who’s a home inspector, and I hired Lorand to clean all the carpets in a house that I moved into, including some really bad staining on the stairs. Not only was he professional and prompt with his communication, he was so polite and efficient, and did a fantastic job. You couldn’t tell that the carpet have ever been stained. My parents have since used him for area rug cleaning and were very impressed and satisfied as well. Highly recommend, and will hire in the future!

This is my first experience with a professional carpet cleaning company. I decided to give this company a try after seeing these nice reviews. I'm very happy that I made the decision cuz all the things they said are true! Lorand is very approachable and punctual. The price is competitive and the results went beyond my expectations. (I had high expectations because of the previous reviews :)) I'll recommend this company to my friends for sure. Our community needs more quality services like this!
