Extremely easy to do business with and reasonably priced.. Delivered bin when they said they would. It was clean and was placed on wood platform so it did not touch driveway. Called for pick up and they came within a couple of hours . Cleaned driveway after bin loaded onto truck. I would definitely call them again. Very professional.

We were cleaning out my mother's house after her passing, & required 2 extra large bins. I've never ordered a bin in the past, & the service received from this company made a difficult time more bearable.The customer service was fantastic; the person I spoke to was very informative, & provided detailed explanation of the different sizes, costs, duration of rental, etc.The delivery was very prompt; bin was delivered within hours, & same with the pickup.The costs were very reasonable.I would highly recommend this company

Great service. Their call center was very helpful and clear with the instructions. They brought and picked the bin I rented on time and sent the invoice and weight the next day. Overall a very professional and smooth process.

Rich who delivered and picked up the bin is very friendly and helpful. Lisa in the office is cheerful and happy to help. Fair pricing but more importantly quick and efficient service. Responded quickly to exchange the first bin as we filled up the first one quicker than expected. The only complaint is there was no second bin discount on same work order with same address. Even a small percentage would be a nice gesture for renting two bins within 24 hours. Otherwise good service and would use again.

Called at 5 PM and had our bin by 7:30 AM the next morning. Professionally laid onto the driveway with protective boards underneath. The crew kept in touch to ensure our satisfaction. Pick up of the bin was smooth, invoicing was clear, convenient and honest.Great Company - will use again.

Good is the enemy of great.Great is the characteristic that defines the Mississauga branch of this company. I've had the pleasure of speaking with Richard, where we went through my concerns, pricing and availability and he hit it all the checkmarks.Pros:1. Excellent Communication: I found Richard to be a very clear person as he was explaining the process of how they operate.2. Punctual: I booked an appointment to drop off/pick up the bin and their driver came at the beginning of the window (8am-11am). That gave my father and I the early part of the weekend to load up the bin yet still have the rest of the Saturday. Excellent job.3. Personable and friendly: Richard is a very friendly guy. I felt comfortable talking to him on the phone and I never felt 'pressured or compelled' to book the appointment.I would highly recommend this service for the reasons above.Great job, guys!
