I have been using their services for roughly seven months now, and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had any issues. Every single interaction I’ve had with their customer service team has been extremely pleasant. From every email, to every phone call - their team has been nothing short of amazing. Adding funds to your account is easy and quick and all calls are clear with no dropped calls. I recommend their services to anyone looking to keep in touch with their loved ones.

Paid for everything they asked for, would always add money to my line and everything was good. Then my loved one told me that the calls won’t go through anymore because it keeps saying “collect call ban” so I called trappcall and spoke with the lady there that was giving me a lot of attitude and was not helping me at all. She kept saying I had to pay another registration fee for a whole new line after I’d already paid for the line I already had?? Then she had the nerve to get frustrated with me because I kept asking why I had to pay again. Up to now I still don’t have a clear answer as to why this happened out of nowhere besides the fact that they just want more money out of people. She just kept saying “like I said, you have to pay for a new registration fee to get a new line”. ??? I should have listened to the real reviews beforehand. I cancelled my line with them and will be making a new one with a different company. Would not recommend this one to anybody. Very unprofessional lady that I was speaking to. I don’t remember her name but I clicked 1 for sales, it might’ve been Debby. (Could be wrong). Didn’t care enough to remember or ask I just wanted to get off the phone with her before she tried scamming me for more money.

This service is terrible . My caller can never get through and they won't reimburse me for the line that I can not use . The service tech said she would call back and never did. The line hangs up all the time. Textnow will give you a local number you can use for free . Save yourself the 22 dollars a month.

Trappcall has allowed me to stay in contact with my loved one at a fraction of the cost of receiving collect calls. The customer service I have received has been amazing and everyone has been very kind and supportive during the year I have been with them so far. I highly recommend them.

This site has been a life save, the cost of calls to speak to my son was astronomical. Thanks to TrappCall, we have been able to stay in touch daily with him. Making the distance and separation easier. Very easy to set up and the customer service is great.

Was told during signup that if i provided a referral, both the person who referred me and myself would be given a $20 credit. Now i’m being told only the person who referred me gets the credit - I get nothing despite being a new signup under a referral. Also with a regular account apparently they start charging you the second the person calling you dials your number… not when the call connects. Very shady when you’re getting a call from a inmate and have to listen to an entire prompt before being able to connect every time. So now I’m learning that I also been charged or lost several minutes in my account as I was being charged WHILE waiting for my calls to connect. Wishing I checked the newest reviews prior to signing up as they are all negative within the last 12 months.

Great company! Allows me to keep in contact with my loved one behind bars. Only $1.50 per call and call can be unlimited length in time and still $1.50. They also have birthday discounts!!! I recommend! Also there is NO contracts which is my favourite part. Customer service is very quick and also very polite. They set my line up super quick no delays. So yeah I’d recommend
