These guys are the best… had some minor complications with my install and they were there every step of the way making the whole process a pleasure… Sunny especially was helpful and even help me with apps I wanted to install. I recommend them whole heartedly, they are the difference believe me… system is pretty easy to install but the deep dive stuff not as much and they are there to help you have an easy experience. The system works flawless… seems very factory and when I say awesome I can’t stress enough how good it is! If you have any hesitation no worries go head on you won’t regret it!

Although it took a bit long to be shipped, once shipped it arrived very quickly through UPS. It was very easy to install it on my BMW F30 and the fitment was perfect. Just follow the videos that they will provide and you'll have no problem. It's a great upgrade from the old ID and 6.5 screen the car came with."

Lots of aftermarket navigation units for various vehicles. Friendly staff great selection! Installation available.Fantastic service super friendly and knowledgeable staff.Just got my Audi unit installed and it works fantastic. I bought older model I insisted on V8 engine and manual transmission so it did not have newer navigation systems.Now it's got the proper display navigation and internet radios and podcasts.I'll definitely be back

The unit looks great and install was easy enough, however it’s had functional issues since I got it. I’ve gone back and forth with their “technical” team who have sent me updates that don’t work and simply told me to restart the unit. Most responses take weeks and multiple follow ups from me to get a response which is usually a promise that they will do something and they don’t. Overall incredibly disappointing customer service. Spend your money somewhere else where they care about their customers after they’ve spent their money.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible features and performance of the car screen in my vehicle, and I must say it has exceeded all my expectations. This remarkable piece of technology has truly transformed my driving experience, making it more enjoyable, convenient, and safer. These guys do awesome work! I went up there to get my stereo hooked up properly for Jeep Wrangler and they did it with ease! Took him about 1 hour and charged me next to nothing to get the work done. Thank you AutoTecPro!

I ordered my unit on the fourth paid $825. My first mistake was thinking that it was coming out of Ontario Canada after several delays. I found out that it was coming from Hong Kong their warehouse. Once they got my money, it was game over 19 days later the package finally arrived on my doorstep, but just getting it here seems to be half the battle as I excitedly opened my package which was not damaged at all on the outside, I quickly realized that my unit was sent to me broken in half, needless to say I’m not impressed and at this point just want my money back but of course cant get a hold of anybody! Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before you purchase. Stay tuned I will update how they handle the situation or if they handle the situation.

Excellent service. Beginning with the sale all the way through installation of Chevrolet Silverado and learning how to use the new technology. Best of all the prices are compatible with market. The friendliness is what you don’t get from other stores. Stereo and video center will be our choice now and in the future for all our home video needs.
