Terrible. They don't believe in protecting your identity and privacy.They insist you to submit personal identification such as drivers license through unsecured email despite your credit card being authorized. Once they have everything and you have any questions or issues they pretty much abandon you. You need to contact the airline so they can intervene to force this agency to adhere to their responsibilities. Avoid using the Vancouver branch. Staff appear overworked and stressed.

I recently booked a flight to Japan. Kevin Hao was efficient and professional. He made sure that the name on the booking was accurate and that the I completely understood the details. Although this agency deals mainly with Chinese speaking clients, Kevin provided very good service to me in English This is the second time that I have dealt with Lion and I recommend them.

Cooperative and friendly staff but their tourists guides speak only Chinese (Mandarin). If you don’t speak mandarin, you may exclude from their service.

We recently joined Rocky Mountain 5 day tour.Comparing to similar tours provided by other travel agent, this is a fairly pricey tour. We assumed this would be a great tour based on the price. However, the experience is not good.1. it is claimed at 5 day tour but first day and last day were wasted with shopping at winery and ginseng farm. Ginseng farm was very dusty. Way too much time are wasted.2. Travel agency claimed meal plan is optional but three meal sites has no alternative and they abandoned us in a place to starve and did not provide any accommodations for people who do not purchase the meal plan. They did not disclose this ahead of time. These three sites should be mandatory for meal instead of showing optional.3. For some other meal sites, you can purchase food nearby while others with meal plan are dining but tour guide does not provide details. In a few occasions, he provided completely misleading information to make you believe there is no other food available nearby to force you to buy their meal plan. They only focus on the people on the meal plan and completely ignored the ones who did not purchase their meal plan. Meal plan itself is pricey and it only provide 9 meals through the tour. They will not let you only choose a few out of these 9 meals. It is a all or nothing approachFor a pricey tour like this, we are very disappointed. If you decide to go with this tour, please be sure to ask every details for each meal site if you do not purchase meal plan. Also, be prepared that your 5th day will be completed wasted.

Three years ago, I had a great experience with Lion Travel. So I decide to travel with them again with my whole family.I just came back from Rockies, what an amazing tour!!!I booked tour with Fabbie Huang, she is super nice and patient with my questions and gave me best price and advice.We joined the Banff 5 days tour then.Sheron Zhang is the tour lady. She tried her best to accommodate my parents and kids' needs. She is very knowledgeable to introduce all different views.Jack is not only an awesome driver, but also detailed enough to take care of our luggage!The trip arrangement is very reasonable~~no rush, we have sufficient time to use washroom and take pics. The most important thing! Lion Travel provided great meals and 5 star hotels, including Louise Lake Fairmont Hotel.Many thanks to Sheron Zhang!!! She is the best tour lady I've ever met. When the tour end, everyone hugs her and does not wanna say goodbye.Thanks Lion Travel for your professional service!!! I will definitely travel with you again!

that was a really great experience with Liontrvael to YellowKnife to see the Aurora. the tour was not too many people and the staff were very friendly and extremely nice. The staff from Liontravel gave the gift for everyone who joined the tour. the itinerary was very full,only one thing was not great is too good to complain .great company and great staff.

When booking my flight tickets the woman was friendly. Later I had some potential changes so called to ask them what my options are. A different woman answered the phone and was extremely rude and unfriendly. Lectured me for asking for something that cannot be done while I was merely asking for what options are possible. I called back the following day to speak to the woman who initially booked my flights. Contrary to her original friendly attitude, she was also extremely rude and SCOLDED me as if I were her child! I was simply asking a question politely. I ended up making changes myself and didn’t use them again. They don’t deserve to be working with customers! Will never use them again and will tell others not to use them.
