The fried chicken and fried pork were both good but the noodle dishes were lacking in visual appeal. Could have thrown in some vegetables to add some colour. I lived in Taiwan for ten years and this claims to be Taiwanese but Falla short of the mark. Our waitress was from Taiwan and she was extremely nice and polite. Not likely to return.

Horrible all around. Their rice tasted soggy, meat texture-less and soup was like something from the sewers. Their (in)famous bubble tea was mediocre at best, just your typical sugar blend. Service was sluggish, unprofessional. Facility was relatively new, but washroom was poor maintained (if maintained at all).

the drinks are horrible, its just sugar powder, and hella sweet. and way over priced. there are lots of other bbt places way better than this place, and they sneak tips on the bill, if you don't check you bill you will get scamed into paying extra without knowing. really who does that?? mandatory gratuity FTL!!

Horrible. Just horrible. Retarded and useless customer service. Ordered fried chicken, and all 3 pieces were still bloody and raw. Ordered wonton noodle soup, and saw fruit flys floating around. Ain't ever going to eat here again.

Terrible food. Terrible service. The hot pot is all frozen items except the egg and vegetables. Curry tasted like it came out of a microwave packet and half the time your order isn't complete. Tried going three separate times. Reminded them each time they had forgotten an item or two and was continually promised it would come. It's not like you can lose it. There were only five of us in the place and two of us were sitting at the table. I don't know why the guides are giving this place such good reviews.

The food is ok, the price is a little bit on the expensive side. But the service is horrible: on a not too busy day, you can easily wait for about 20 minutes until you can order. The owner is just too cheap to hire enough waiter/waitress to work. And the waiter/waitress who works here are just not good enough.

Terrible service, very plain good.We found a really long hair in the dishes we ordered.They even didn't say sorry for that, although they agreed to redo one for us.Honestly, only god knows whether they actually redo the dish or just take it back to kitchen and the give is the same one.Not gonna come any more.

Good customer service. The staff don't speak much English though. I like their slush bubble tea's ( I normally get the lychee slush bubble tea). They have darts you can play with your friends in the back corner, they have couches to sit on as well as tables and chairs. There is normally music on, it's a nice place to come hang out with friends and have bubble tea, The bbq pork fried rice is good and you get a good amount for the price, same with the miso soup if you get it to-go.

I love the food there. Good taste. My boy loves the salty fried chicken stripes. It is his favorite.They have kids corner and lots of books for kid girls which is great. Price is really fair compared to other Chinese restaurants in town.

Clearly they have a very specific ethnic demographic. Could not communicate with some of the staff. The bubble tea is powder and sugar and overpriced for what you get. The food is average and it can get loud.
