If I could give this store higher than five stars I would! Right when you walk in, you get greeted by lovely people and the atmosphere there is just so calming and peaceful I didn’t want to leave! They have an amazing selection of crystals and products with amazing prices and there’s always something in your price range. The staff dont hover around you like some other stores I’ve been to but they’re always there if you have any questions. The staff is amazing and they’re so kind and friendly! Even if there is a line to check out they handle all the items with care and wrap them so nicely. The store and people there are all around great. I will definitely be going there again and I love the Crystals I bought!

Large location, clean and tidy, smells heavenly, well put together, a lot of product in 1 location, including hard to find products.They carry sage which is hard to find. Location is not overly religious or overly witch crafty. The establishment has a comfortable warm vibe. Only 1 star off for both employees not saying hello or asking if we needed help, which they should always do in order to make customers feel acknowledged and important. This will bring customers back.

A beautiful store. I was offered fresh cold tea right as I walked in inside of a charming teacup. Very friendly customer service offering this touch. It was delicious and for sale (I found out). Everything from essential oils, tea, stones, crystals, jade and amethysts available here.. not to mention massage services. I will be back again :)

Mona is awesome. Nice place. Welcoming. Beautiful items. With a focus on giving back, sustainable source, and responsible stewardship/ respect for those resources.

The store is welcoming but not welcoming for people of colour, I asked to buy salts, the price was per 100grams, I asked for 1kilo, assuming the person helping me would know its 1000 grams ,she poured a 1000 and started making another bag thinking by mistake I was asking for 1lb, I know a lot gets lost in translation, did not want her to feel bad so kept shut and would have been okay to buy 2 bags , but lo and behold another one of her colleagues jumps between our conversation tells her 1 kilo is a 1000 grams in a deeming manner and gives me a dirty look as if she has caught me in a theft. I felt weirded out by the whole situation, what a didn't understand is even if she gave me 2000 grams I would have paid per 100grams, what difference would that have made ...also the store would have sold much more..

This place has a great collection of crystals, essentials oils, salt rock lamps, figurines and many more such things!!The staff is very welcoming and offer tea as soon as you enter! If you're into crystals and different cultures, this is a place you should absolutely visit!You can sip on your tea while brown through the items and deciding what to purchase! The staff is very swift and you won't have to wait in line during check out!

I have deeply mixed feelings about this location. On one hand they’ve got a lot of good crystals. Most of them are gorgeous and fairly priced. Their spa products are also wonderful. The soap I’ve purchased from them made my whole bathroom smell like citrus and rosemary. I love those aspects. On the other hand, they sell a lot of Hindu merchandise, like idols of Ganpati. I am Hindu, and unless the owner of this store is too, it feels like someone profiting off of my culture. I believe they sell white sage too. The whole thing reeks of cultural appropriation to me. I can’t say anything for certain, but maybe use your discretion when supporting this business.

This magical establishment is easily the best small business/spa I have ever been to. The customer service was warm and welcoming and the spa was so relaxing and made me forget my worries thanks to the talented masseuses. After my massage I wandered about the store and picked out a few crystals. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gift for somebody or you need a day to relax. Will 100% be coming back :)

Went in on a Tuesday around 1130, tried to buy some incense, waited at the counter for a long time. The lady was helping a customer but I was in plain view and not any sign of being helped, the store wasn't that busy either. I was there on Saturday, bought a few things and a different lady helped me out and it was a great experience. This time I felt ignored on purpose and it didn't seem like I'd get help anytime soon.
