I live in Australia, and I recently used The Fingerprint Room to get my RCMP criminal record check done for my PR application. The whole process only took about 3 weeks, they were SO prompt and thorough with their communication (especially when I was worried my fingerprints wouldn’t get delivered properly to Canada), and they made everything so easy and straightforward. Highly recommend!!!

I had to get fingerprint for a contract in United States. I did an error requesting the formular using their web services. They correct the error and they proposed a reimbursement for the adequate payment by themselves.Thank you for your integrity and to make my life easier!

I went to do my fingerprint at this place, the lady called Cat who helped me was really great and helpful! Thanks to her!!! While I was in the middle of the conversation with Cat as I was asking if they provide mail service, etc. A male staff interrupted us very inappropriately and rude and said thing to me:”who told you that we can do mail in service”with really bad tone and attitude and no shame at all, and it’s like he just had something extremely bad or frustrated, and made me felt he was releasing his angry or frustrations on me.I did not know that I can not even ask if they provide this service, like what is wrong with the staff!? The customer was just trying ask a question! The male staff could talk to his coworker later if she gave any wrong information, or he could politely say: sorry to interrupt….” He did nothing but came straight and interrupted and cut the conversation and said those things to me, which I felt it is intimidating and offended. I explained to him, I was recommended this place by a friend and my friend said you guys do mail service, and I was just trying to confirm.I mean if you guys do not do mail service, it is fine, I can mail by myself.We came all the way here to get our requests done and this male staff was just very unprofessional, acting off and not treating customers with appropriate manner. I don’t expect he have great customer service, but I’m not here to be treated with that bad attitude and manner. Also, I asked for his name, and he said I am not give it to you again with really bad tone. While I was calling to report him and he was questioning me and said: what are you doing?! The way he was talking to me was very intimidating and I did not feel comfortable at all.Also what I felt terrible was that he did not reflect if he did anything inappropriate, or unprofessional, but he came straight to me to argue with me. This whole process was unpleasant and intimidating.I did not know what happened to him yesterday, but what he did to me was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I highly doubt that staff like him at this place can do a good job and complete customer’s request like what they say on the website. He wasted my time and ruined my day.This is the most terrible and worst customer experience I ever had. I never post anything or reviews on Google, but I did this time! Again, I am asking the male staff’s name, and I would like to talk to the manger at Fingerprint Room Inc.

I used The Fingerprint Room to get an RCMP criminal record check from overseas. I started the application on April 3rd. At first, I was very worried as I would be doing the whole process from overseas however, I was quickly put at ease as the ball started rolling. I first sent them my fingerprints via email and they confirmed they were in the correct format. They received my original fingerprint form on April 11th, this was quickly digitized and sent to RCMP in Ottawa. I received my RCMP letter on April 19th via e-mail and the original document shortly thereafter. So all in all it took around 1 week from them receiving my fingerprints to me receiving my RCMP letter by e-mail. All while keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I'm extremely pleased by the service I received and I wish the same professional service to their future customers as well. Highly recommend them!! Thank you!

The communication and help I received was amazing. They have made the entire process less stressful for me, and I had a very time-sensitive and urgent case, and especially for me living overseas! I live overseas in Europe and used The Fingerprint Room to get a Criminal Record Check from the RCMP for my visa.The process was so simple and the provided all the necessary instructions and forms on their website. It was so easy to get the documents they required done properly and quickly.Once I got the documents I submitted a digital copy of the documents for verification before I Couriered them to The Fingerprint Room. They verified the documents within hours! Amazing and fast customer service.From there, once they received my documents they sent them to to RCMP so quickly and the courier service they used to get them to me only took 3 days, over a weekend to get to me in Europe.All together, the process was much quicker and easier than I expected and the customer service was outstanding through the whole process. They always replied to my emails quickly and were very friendly and helpful.Would recommend them to anyone who requires this type of service.Amazing service and well done to the entire team at The Fingerprint Room!!!

I had the overseas service processed by them and they did great! We had a bit of miscommunication issue, but the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my issues. Definitely recommended!
