Melisande Yoga Mont-Tremblant

Mel is the best teacher and this is a lovely setting for yoga, especially in the Winter with the fireplace just behind. Definitely a Tremblant “must do”.

My partner and I were vacationing in Mont-Tremblant in March, 2019, and had an amazing class with the owner of Karma Shala. She is not only down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable, but her studio is super cozy, yet spacious. As a yoga instructor myself, it was a pleasure to be a student at her studio.

My husband and I were looking for a yoga studio in Treblant and were pleasantly surprised. The class was packed, but we had space to move around.We were the only people that wanted English spoken, but the instructor could speak both. The room was super hot, which was awesome! The class was not really a flow class. It was disjointed where we did more yoga poses then flowed.We especially loved the cold eucalyptus towel that she put on our eyes during shavasana. We also enjoyed the shower after class! There is an awesome deal for $66 for the Scandinavian spa and a yoga class. We definitely took advantage of this deal!

Went here with 4 friends. We are all from Toronto visiting and normally attended Moksha Yoga. All I have to say is WOW! the instructor is very skilled a knowledgeable! Actually learned new things during this class. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to my friend who is EMF sensitive. Great for all levels of practice especially beginners like us. Facility is super clean. Will definitely recommend to other friends headed to the area and will definitely come back next time we are in the area.THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

Unbelievable experience! We went with the bachelorette package, that included aerial yoga and champagne/chocolates and strawberries at the end. What a lovely way to toast the bride and get a workout in. Mel was very accommodating and geared the class toward our skill level.Will be going back to this studio to try another class when I am back in town for sure! Any bachelorette party should make this a ‘must do’ for a daytime activity!!

Discovered this jewel through friends. We live in Ottawa and spend weekends in Mont Tremblant. Karma Shala has become our go to yoga studio in the Laurentians. Great variety in classes with talented and committed yoga teachers. The studio is well designed, fully equipped and provides a great atmosphere. Check out the early morning Ashtanga classes if you want to get your day off to a great start. Your body and soul will thank you.
