Absolutely amazing experience. I was lucky enough to deal with Jenny Liu, I 1000% recommend her. I got to test drive their F-PACE SVR and she was super enthusiastic about the whole drive. Some of the other sales man were also super pleasant.

I usually go to Jaguar Laval to service my car; however, my insurance sent me here this time. It was the worst car repair/service experience I received. Unfortunately, the bodyshop team (Julie and Eli) treated me without any respect for my time. They gave me 3 appointments to pick my car up that they defaulted on. Each time that I went to pick up the car (had to drive 1 hour), they said that the car was not ready and they forgot to inform me. The last time, today, when I expressed my frustration for their lack of professionalism and inability to respect my time, Julie's words were don't talk to me

I went here for service for the first time this week. The place is beautiful and the staff is very nice. Will definitely service my Jag and RR here in the future. And when it's time to get a new vehicle, this will be the first place I go to.
