I sustained a serious head injury. At first I thought nothing of it because my doctor said I will recover, as time went on my life began to fall apart. It got so bad I was unable to work or take care of myself. Later that year I contacted Jasmine Daya and was referred to Daniel Klein. Im not going to lie the process is mentally exhausting but I finally got a settlement in 2021 and I feel like a million pounds have been lifted off my shoulders. I am so happy I took the step to contact these guys and I have nothing but good stuff to say about Daniel.

Our nearly 90 year old mother was awarded a motor vehicle accident settlement in 2021, in which she should have been paid monthly by Jasmine's office. Each and every month, our family has had to chase Jasmine for our mother's money that our mother is rightfully owed. It has now been 6 consecutive months of NON-payment made to her elderly client, and even with our regular emails to her office or attempts to seek answers, we've received nothing. Hearing absolutely nothing from Jasmine, whilst holding onto a vulnerable client's funds in her trust account, clearly speaks to much greater issue with this firm. Due to the blatant lack of communication and sudden arrears by Jasmine's office, we have now been forced to lodge a formal complaint on behalf of our mother with the Law Society of Ontario.
