Paddle A Board Vacations

Amazing day yesterday learning to paddle with Kerry from Paddle A Board. She kept us learning, laughing and safe. Highly recommend. Bowness Lagoon is beautiful, but parking is terrible on the weekend.

Had a great time learning how to paddle board with Kerry. She has a fantastic attitude and fun to learn and goof around with at the same time. She made my first time paddle boarding a great experience even though I was nervous.And the equipment she uses is top notch and super durable very supportive for all sizes.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting paddle boards for the day. Kerry is the most lovely, warm, and accommodating human being. She was prompt and responsive with communication, took the time to go over everything so that we were prepared to set up the boards on our own, and had great recommendations on where to go. Customer service is truly above and beyond! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

This was a first experience for me to try paddle boarding!!. I was nervous and not so sure if I was going to like it.It turned out that I had so much fun!, and finally got so comfortable on the board and water. That is all because of my amazing instructor Kerry.I would highly recommend this two hour class, for lots of fun!

Oh my goodness, Kerry is a phenomenal teacher and person! I wish I could give her 10 stars! She taught me a lot during our lesson and helped me push through my insecurities to help me build my confidence on the board. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Kerry and would recommend her to anyone who is considering a lesson.

Kerry was flexible and adapted the trip to what we were wanting to see and do.We got to stay in some special and beautiful places and paddled loads of gorgeous lakes!

From those with stunning mountain vistas to blue green waters to those with ghost forests, and lily pads, she truly knows the gems in the Canadian Rockies.With this tour, Kerry has managed to find a perfect balance between paddling and offering other unique to the area out of the water (optional) add on activities (I highly recommend trying as many as possible, especially the Sky Bridge and Pipe Coaster!). She has scoped out the local restaurants, knows the best places to eat and get coffee so you are supporting local businesses. In her quest to support Canadian brands, you get to stay in everything from a luxury hotel to an awesome glamping tent where you cook your dinner on the owner built wood burning stove! Be sure to say hi to Winston, the camp mascot, when you go!This tour is perfect for you whether or not you have paddled before. Kerry will guide you at whatever level you are at and make your experience a memorable one. You will not regret this SUPer experience.

Paddle A Board is the only company i will ever rent a paddleboard from in Calgary. Kerry the owner is a great communicator and she makes it such a stress free process. The POP boards are clearly top of the range and well looked after and are great for all levels (especially beginners like me). Not my first time renting from them and won’t be the last!

What a great experience!! I have never paddleboarded and Kerry was patient in explaining everything from the board, paddles, safety and if course how to paddle! I've been out on the water in my own after feeling confident with what I learned. Can't wait to paddle with her again!!
