I got recommended this shop by a local and my truck has been a problem. Courtesy solves my truck problems time and time again. I’m a customer that needed a lot of follow ups and courtesy had time for each of my visits. Courtesy provides a service that other garages simply couldn’t afford to provide. I want to thank Mike and Chris for a fantastic first experience at Courtesy Motors today. I needed my exhaust repaired and Mike managed to fit me in at the end of the day with no notice. Both him and Chris were professional and friendly. Getting this done was a big relief - and getting such great customer service was a major bonus!

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. My truck stranded me on the side of the highway after it hit a puddle but I managed to get it towed to Courtesy Motors at 4:30pm. Courtesy Motors went above and beyond to get it looked at before they closed.To my surprise I received a call just before 5pm and was told the problem was identified/fixed by using a part lying around the shop. They put in a rush order at NAPA to swap out the part for a warranty covered item and the truck would be ready at 8am tomorrow. I can't even express how grateful I am for the team at Courtesy Motors and their ability to provide exceptional service.This is best shop in Vernon and everyone needs to support it.
