These guys are the best at what they do! 2nd and 3rd generation barbers. The long hours they put in does not alter thier mood with their customers. Great conversation and sharp cuts. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

Both Tim and Zach are wonderful! This last time Zach cut my son's hair and even though he prefaced it saying his dad is the one that usually does the designs in the hair he would try the lightening bolts Jacob wanted. He did NOT disappoint!!! He had SO much patience with my forgets to breath because of the constant talking 7 yr old whirlwind that is Jacob and did an AMAZING job on everything associated with the hair cut!Jacob wanted to give a score of infinity because he had SUCH a great time! But that is not an option so we settled for this one. :)

Tim and Zack always give me the best cuts, and always make sure I'm happy with it before I leave. They're great with kids too!

Tim's Barbershop has an amazing atmosphere with two extremely talented barbers running the operation. I have been going to Zach for most of my cuts (don't get me wrong though, Tim is equally as amazing) and I've never left his chair with a bad haircut.The environment feels very community-oriented and you can tell both barbers have incredible passion for their craft as well as their community and people. Tim's Barbershop also offers a large variety of hair products and have introduced me to many new styles and products I wouldn't have tried without them.Anyone can get a haircut in Amherst, there's plenty of barbers around; but there's NO barbers quite like Tim & Zach. If you want a fresh cut and a genuinely positive and unique experience while in the barbers chair you NEED to go to Tim's Barbershop.

We were traveling through and Tim's was the first Barber shop listed. Previous reviews were good and walk ins were welcome. Off I went. I almost passes up the business as there is no outside signage on their building. A quick telephone call confirmed their location confirmed I was there. So glad I did. As expected, there was a wait but not overly long. Conversation during the cut was pleasant. Tim did a great job. If I lived in the area he would be my go to guy. Thanks again Tim!

There is a lunch break - should be added on google.This place should have a booking system for at least some of us.Edit -Nobody is bothered by people taking lunches - as I suggested it would have been better if it’s on your business page as well. It is understandable for anyone to take breaks. Haircut business is not serious as the health matters. But I guess there’s just no solution.Hope this family business goes for many more generations.Good luck.
