Super grateful to the Service Department specially to Steven who took care of my cars transmission replacement. When all of Hondas in calgary we’re too busy to accommodate me when my car broke down, I called Okotoks and spoke to heather, she’s an angel, didn’t hesitate to take me in, showed concern and compassion on what happened to me, even though I’ve never been there. I really appreciate that. Customer service at its best!The service was completed in a timely manner, and my car is running smoothly now. I highly recommend Okotoks Honda for their professionalism, quality work, and customer service. I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance, and maybe a trade-in next year!

Have been an Okotoks Honda customer for 8 years now and have not been disappointed. From the GM, Asif, to Sales, Jerry, to Service- Brian, and Financial, Gina, the interaction has been superb. I was given all my options towards my new purchase, Jerry was thorough in advising me on all changes and updates before I drove off in my new vehicle. Dealing with dealerships has always been a headache for me, from hidden fees to tough negotiations to low balling trade ins. Not here, not a Okotoks. I was actually surprised at how they handle their customers from the moment you walk in to the final call on a car purchase. It starts with a warm reception to a quick connection with Jerry, he was extremely helpful and informative of the whole process including the appraisal of my trade in, he was able to work a price that worked for both. Negotiation was simple and direct, no hidden fees or extra charges for the purchase, as a matter of fact they offered a few primatial discounts for this particular purchase. Approval took less than a day, less than a week for delivery, car was fully detailed and inspected. The dealer offers complimentary free oil changes and concierge something I have not seen in other dealers. I was given a whole tour of the car and taken to the financial officer, instead of been pushed to get extra purchases they simply explained what they have to offer and the benefits (a first for me considering my past experience with other dealership where pushing extra insurances were the rule). All in all this was the most seamless experience in trading in - purchasing a vehicle I ever had. Will defiantly be re turning customer and so should you.

We purchased a 2023 Odyessy Black Edition from Magid at Okotoks Honda. The entire experience was very pleasant and hassle free. We bought at a time when new vans were not lasting long on the sales floor so Magid found us what we wanted in transit and he ensured we would be able to buy this van as soon as it landed. Kurt in Finance was great to work with as well! 2000kms on our van and loving it!
