Excellent pricing honest Kelly was awsome guy to deal with hooked me up with top of the line central vac and a bunch of attachments no charge. I saved over $1000. Versus the quote i got from Big Garys vaccum . Thanx Kelly. Definitely will recommend.

Not impressed with customer servce. Had a new canister installed four days ago May 24. Used it for the first time, 3/4 of the way through it quit. Now I have to take it off and take it in! What's with that??? No service call???June 5Can't get it off myself. Called May 31, wanted to charge me $150 for a service call. Spoke with manager, now waiting for him to call back to say when someone will come and take it off, no charge.Tim, the manager came today, June 6 and was very nice about the whole thing. Couldn't find what might be wrong but said I could call if it happens again and he'll stop on his way home. :) Very accommodating.
