I just wanted to say thank you to the ladies working yesterday. The store was clean, well-organized, and following covid protocols. I was returning an item I loved that unfortunately ripped after 1 wear, but they were able to order me another right to my house. Truly top-notch customer service.

Love this store. The staff is so friendly, the prices are good and I finally found some pants I have been looking for. They have good colors in the iconic ankle and cropped pants. Good sweaters. And some really pretty colors in shirts as well. Way to go!

Still have not heard back from headoffice just horrible customer service!When we went it was close to 7pm and there was one person in the store and 2 sales ladies were standing behind the counter and didn't even say hi. My girls and I went to the jewelry section which is right beside the cash and still nothing, we weren't over there for 1 minute and my one daughter said oh this necklace is nice and put her hand on it and the necklace broke and the beads went to ground. Now one of them comes up and says uh oh did we have an accident here with this prejudgment face of us. So we picked up the beads and handed them to her then continued looking through the store after my daughter said sorry. Then she goes back to the counter and talking to the other lady saying if that was my kid I would have offered to pay and the other women says I know and then went on and on and knew I could hear them. I let it go as I was with my girls and let’s note that the necklace was clearly broken before as there was another one behind it and I checked and it was a pretty strong wire (not really the point).Not even 3 minutes later my daughters nose starts to bleed BAD it was going all over her and on the floor! That same women happened to be standing near us and looked at us and saw what was happening and then walked away. Thank god I had Kleenex in my purse but by this time it was all over. Then the women came back which seemed like forever when all this is happening and it did look like she had a box of Kleenex with her ( but uncertain) then looks at the floor that has blood on it and says oh I will go get some cleaner so you can clean that up. So let me back it up; As a busy mom running my kids everywhere all the time and wanted to come into a store that I like to buy a shirt and I was already judged before anyone even spoke to me and on top of that bullied by these older women that were talking about me to each other so that I could hear them. They offered no help to a child when clearly needed. The way that we were treated was disgusting and I can see now why most times I go into that store there is nobody in there. I will encourage people to buy online so they don’t have to experience something like this. I really should have taken pictures of the how much blood my poor daughter JUST AWFUL :( makes me sad this happened. From social media alot moms will not be shopping here anymore

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. This location has a lot of selection and is the only location in London that carries the Willow & Thread line of clothing. Their Hyba section has also expanded.

Very good selection in both the sales area and new arrivals. We tried on a few things, but didn't end up purchasing anything. Nonetheless, the lady in the change room helping us was very nice and helpful.

The staff is helpful and nice, and the store is well-organized and clean. However, one of the staff members (and I believe she is either the supervisor or the manager) is unwilling to help and has a condescending attitude. She is definitely profiling while helping customers- which is a shame for a such a good brand. It's also disappointing because overall other members of the staff are nice and helpful. I have had the same attitude from the same person a couple of times thus decided to leave a review.

We had a great time picking up lots of awesome savings. The staff was friendly and their safety protocol was great.
