We had a very small project that was under a bit of a time crunch to complete, especially after another company unprofessionally dumped us (insert eye roll and head shake).Dominic swooped in and saved the day. From the first communication he was professional, kind and courteous. He came to our home to assess the project, listened to what we wanted and needed. We found him extremely personable, smiling and fun, genuine and honest. A breath of fresh air in this industry! We did encounter one hiccup along the way, he went above and beyond to make things work out. We truly felt that he cared about us, and our project.We are beyond thrilled with Dominic and his work. We were apprehensive in moving forward with our floor finishing. Meeting Dominic for an estimate it was made clear we would be in good hands. The work began with Dominic mixing and creating a Sample grid of several stains done on the floor. We were able to live with the sample for a couple of days to ensure with daylight which stain we liked. After this the work began. Dom's crew are all seasoned professional floor finishers, with extensive years working with One Oak. The job was done in the time we were told. Our top floor looks amazing! I can confidently refer One Oak to family and friends, and anyone looking to get some floor finishing needs.

Dominic and his team did such a great job on refinishing our maple hardwood floors. Dominic was great to work with and very patient, I personally had a hard time deciding on a stain and he worked patiently with us to find the perfect one. His team was easy to work with and the job was completed to a high quality. Would recommend his team to anyone considering refinishing their floors.

Happened to stumbled upon One Oak flooring while I was looking for companies to refinish my oak flooring. When I say that this company was the best in terms of responsiveness, quality, service, and pricing, it would be an understatement. Sarah came out right away and provided me with a very competitive quote shortly after her visit. Due to some delays, I was unable to proceed in the time frame I had wanted, however when I was ready, Dominic was able to accommodate my schedule and deliver the best quality work I've seen in terms of refinishing hardwood. They were very expedient, but didn't cut any corners, and Dominic personally was a delight to work with. I will forever recommend this company to anyone and everyone who would like honest and quality work to be done in their home.
