For prospect students, they got some great teachers but maybe the worst customer service team I have ever encountered. For current students, just run. Judge for yourself if you want to sign up for a service with endless finger-pointing, buck-passing and lack of communication.

Bad soundproofing in the rooms. How can you teach in an extremely noisy environment.The front desk team had a snobby attitude. I heard from friends the teachers constantly change. One of my friends was here for 2 years and within those two years, she went through 5 teachers since they keep leaving.
