My experience with Home Instead was their unwavering focus on Dad's socialization and health. The caregivers were personable, kind and very patient with someone who can get a bit grumpy. The scheduling team were quick and nimble with my requirements for additional care. Management always addressed any small of bumps we had along the way. This efficient team allowed Dad to stay home much longer than I could have managed with out them.

We have engaged Home Instead to provide additional care and companionship for my Mom in her long term care facility, a few times a week. As well, they visit my Dad once every other week in his home to help with household tasks and provide some companionship. This flexible arrangement has worked out quite well. Our main care giver is conscientious, compassionate and caring and has built a good relationship with both parents and me. Their daily reports are thorough, providing me information on my parents' care and needs, which I can follow up on when necessary.

Such a rewarding career. Truthfully doesn’t feel like a job, being able to help with even just the simplest of things can make such a difference in a seniors day/life. The agency is so accommodating and friendly, someone will always be there if and when you need it.
