Fantastic and very unique massage, it was very soothing and healing, exactly what I needed, feeling so much better, my shoulder and lower back pain gone after 2 sessions with Nina, I am more relaxed and my body is relieved from heaviness. Will definitely go back and visit her again. Just wanted to edit my review that I am a regular client now at her practice and I so much value the healing work of this woman, I have also tried her full energy therapy session and feel that not only me but my whole life fell into alignment. I am dealing with multiple health issues, particularly pain in my hip and lower back, seeing Nina has helped me a lot in reducing the pain and stiffness in my body. Her practice is very meditative and puts my mind at ease and helps with my nervousness and anxiety.Nina is a fantastic listener, she is very present during the treatments and show a lot of care, her work has a strong spiritual component to it, which I find very healing. The massage itself is heavenly and very unique and is a combination of long strokes, stretches and deep and soft tissue massage. After each treatment I feel lighter and pain diminishes noticeably. I was looking for a healer/massage therapist and one of my friends recommended her. I visited her last Monday because of stress and lower back pain, I felt light and relaxed right after the Massage and my lower back pain is much better, planning another visit this weekend. I had very profound spiritual sessions with Nina, her touch is very healing. My left side of the body was in pain and very stiff, on the second session I noticed a major improvement in my pain and stiffness. Listening to Nina and her spiritual guidance showed me a brand new horizon and outlook to things. I was carrying cumulative grief in my solar plexus, and no one could help me with that. Nina is helping me to clear this energy, I feel much better. My allergy symptoms are getting better, and IBS is gone. Generally, I feel more relaxed and sleep much better and feel more rested. I suffer from sciatica and lower back pain often, also have been dealing with some difficult emotional challenges recently. The treatment with Nina was very unique and has helped me tremendously, most of my symptoms are gone and I feel much better and hopeful. . She also has such a caring and healing presence and energy about her and how she talks that I always look forward to just receive her energy.

Last week , I was feeling ill and had substantial level of body ache and needed a massage, yet I didn't feel like going to cold clinical ICBC claims type of Massage therapy or typical spa places, yet I wanted to find an authentic massage therapist that could truly help me get better. A friend of mine recommended Nina, and I have to say I was very impressed, the massage was very unique, relaxing and rejuvenating, it was a mixer soft and deep massage, my bodily pain was gone almost immediately and I felt a general sense of warmth and well being during and after the massage. Now almost one week has passed and I still feel amazing. Her work is very thorough and meditative and she is also such a great listener, can't wait till my next session. I recently went back to Nina and I was notified my last review disappeared, so I am adding this so that hopefully brings it back again.

I visit Nina at least once a month, I would see her more often if time permitted. Her healing sessions are more than just a regular massage, and have a spiritual aspect to them, her guided breathing meditation and feet soak before the massage is fantastic and her Lomilomi massage is very soothing to the body. I originally went to her for the upper body pain, mostly my neck and shoulders, and I have to say right after the massage I felt a great relief. The whole experience was so great and I find it very beneficial for my physical and mental health to visit her as much as my busy schedule permits. In my opinion she is a great healer.

Your healing abilities literally changed my life on many different aspects as I was dealing with emotional and chronic physical pain for a very long time. I 'v been to many therapists and have to say your approach, techniques and your level of presence during the session are admirable. Thank you for being there, as you know my recovery is not short of a miracle thus far and I owe a great deal of it to you.Just wanted to update my review as I had another session with her recently and I can't say how relaxing the sessions are and how much they help with stress.
