Stefanie est excellente!! Elle est très minutieuse et donne beaucoup d'explications, sur les phases du traitement qu'elle exécute. De plus elle donne beaucoup de conseils personnalisés, sur ce qu'on devrait faire à la maison, pour améliorer la santé de notre peau.

I booked an apoitment with Claudia back in October when I had gone she was great… I have since then tried to book with her 3 more times where she has cancelled on me the day of.. when I finally reached out to her asking for an apoitment she then pointed me to someone else who hasn’t even contacted me…Again I asked her for an apoitment saying I’ll take whenever - messaging her twice very nicely not even to receive a response.Very unprofessional and has come to the point of rude. I have been nothing but understanding of hee canceling on me 3 times and even when she said she was “too busy” I then waited for someone else to contact me…A week later nothing and after saying I would wait and for her not to even bother to respond..very disappointed .. when you are in the service industry at least have the respect to respond.. Claudia completely turned me off of even going to this salon ever again.

Bleached my hair til it fell out .. i do not recommend this salon to avoid.

Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the hairstyling was a joke. Worst one I've ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service.

Je fais mes extensions de cils avec Stéphanie et j'ai toujours été très satisfaite, elle a beaucoup de talent. J'ai commencé à voir Kym pour mes cheveux, j'ai seulement fais une consultation. Je l'ai trouvé très professionnelle, elle m'a tout expliqué en détails et m'a bien diriger sur la marche à suivre pour mes cheveux. J'ai bien hâte à mon prochain rendez-vous

I am very disappointed the hair dresser i had was the owner Sarah the hair cut was horrible, also the products used for my hair were very cheap and she also charge me more for streaks when no streaks were done. Over all it was a very bad experience with bad hair cut and cheap products i would not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy.
