We picked Guy from searching on line for a Century 21 agent as we are from out of province coming to the area to buy a house. We chose his name from the list of agents in his office. We called on a Saturday and he answered right away even though as he was starting his vacation. Within a couple of hours he had us set up and shortly thereafter we were receiving notifications of houses within our parameters. A week later we let him know the houses we wanted to see and arrived the next day to start our search. All was set up and by noon we had found the one. Guy was very professional and personable. He knew we were experienced home buyers so he left us to it and when we had questions we asked and they were answered. When it was time to make the offer he had researched the property and comparables. His knowledge and advice helped us secure the sale on the first presentation.
