Inconsistency, The place is dirty inside, and there are a lot of flies flying around in the food making area. Workers were the same gloves that they use in the cash register. The manager of the police do not use any gloves while handling the food. I had to call him out on it. When you order your food to the drive-through really think about it maybe it’s a good idea that you go inside and order it instead. Staff is OK. Not very friendly but also not rude..

waited a long time in line for our food, the drink machine was filled with a pile of ice and most of the drink options were unavailable, once our order was given to us we were spoken to rudely by the worker about the frosty that was supposed to be strawberry. when confronted about it not being pink and clearly being vanilla when we ordered strawberry gave us attitude and then when we left turns out it was vanilla. behind the counter was disgusting and floors were covered in dropped food.

Staff needs a customer service training. The pole that you order through cuts out all the time and when ordering the person taking the order is pretty ignorant to the customers. Been there twice to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was the same guy operating the window. I think he is hired (or runs this franchise) to chase away customers with his attitude. Add to this cold fries and a chicken sandwich that was made an hour earlier. The drink is 95% ice and two sips of root beer.

Possibly the worst Wendy's experience I had was at this location. Ordered two spicy chicken meals and one of the sandwiches had the smallest piece of tomato and lettuce with barely any mayo when I specifically asked at the drive thru window to kindly add some more toppings.Then my ghost pepper fries were a hot mess literally.. they did not properly add the sauce or oil to the fries and so only 4-5 fries were coast and the rest were dry. My bag also did not get any napkins in the bag either. Food is expensive and I wish I didn't spend $35 on bad quality food and service.

Was 5 min away fromMy house when something told me to check my bag. They didn’t put the fries that I was charged for in my bag. Drove back 15 min then had to wait another 15 min. I ordered a duplicate order because I knew after all that travel my food would be extremely cold.When I got to the window I explained to the cashier and gave him back the old food. They gave me the same food I gave them and then when I got home I had to Ketchup on my poutine because they put like 1 tablespoon of gravy on it

Friendly staff and good service. 99c small frosty is an awesome deal and until the end of August they are offering free small coffees. Coffee is pretty good and on par with Tims and better than McDonalds which is very hit and miss. Lots of space inside and lots of parking outside.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Young brunette lady at the drive-thru was so rude and unpleasant, and when asked if food (nuggets) were fresh out of the fryer, she said yes, then I was served cold, hard chewy nuggets. Could have made better frozen nuggets in my oven. Called three times to try and speak with a manager and no answer.

The food was fresh and tasty. They forgot to put bacon on one of the burgers but, quickly fixed the burger. The staff was friendly and were all smiling. My one concern was the men's bathroom. My son and his friend (8years old) went in the washroom and seen a lot of graffiti that included some hate speech written in bathroom. Please clean the graffiti off or paint over it. No one wants their children to read things like this.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH SECOND PARTY.I received my burger without a bun & the meat was freezing.If they did not have the main part of the meal they should have just canceled my order and, I would have ordered elsewhere.This was all I ordered along with a drink so very irritated.
