SpineWorks Chiropractic and Massage

I moved into the area a year and a half ago and found Spine works shortly after. I’m so happy I did! I use their Massage with all their RMT’s and Chiropractic services with Dr. Nguyen and they really do help my body. I try to go often but clearly they’re a crowd favourite. Highly recommend!

The best chiropractor! I always enjoy my visits. Jeff is very knowledgeable and has a really good bedside manner. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs an adjustment.

I've been going to Spineworks for years and I can't say enough good things about them! Dr. Watts and Dr. Nguyen are absolutely amazing. They take the time to get to know what your concerns are and treat them accordingly, I always leave feeling 100 times better. Sometimes, I don't even realize how much tension I've been carrying until I've been treated and feel like a new person. Not only are they great at what they do but they are welcoming, kind and personable! I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. Watts and Dr. Nguyen for all the help over the years!

Long story short, I was recommended by my family doctor, and I still thank him for it..major lower back and neck pain. Spine works team are great, very helpful. Jeff and Amanda are great .I have been seeing Jeff and Amanda monthly basis with rotating treatment.I have recommended spine work to family and friends.

Sach is one of the best massage therapists that I have ever encountered. I have a sports injury and I have noticed a significant difference after going to Sach. I have more mobility in my ankle and I am not getting injured like I used to. He is very professional, and friendly, and has great taste in music. You can tell that he loves what he does and he cares about all his patients. I would highly recommend him. He really understands his client's needs and develops treatments specific to each of them. I am very thankful that I came across his bio and decided to book with him. It was one of the best choices that I made.The front desk worker Gurleen is wonderful as well. She is so professional and always greets you with a big smile. She is lovely to interact with.I have seen Jeff a couple of times. He is good at what he does. He makes you feel very comfortable if you are nervous about getting an adjustment. He is easygoing, yet professional at the same time.

Very friendly staff (Gurleen) and accomodating…Dr Nguyen is one of the best chiropractor I’ve ever been with and he’s very thorough with the physical assessment of my existing problems in my body. I highly recommend him to anyone, and I surely going back there again.

Such a great chiropractor! I was really scared/nervous for my first appointment/first time doing chiro; however, he made everything really smooth and comfortable. I felt a lot less tense and loose! He's a great listener as well and super great at his job!

Dr Nguyen has been keeping me in top spinal health for over 3 years.
