Don't bother filling-out the contact form on their web site. I used it and no one contacted me. When I called to ask when I should expect a call back, I was told that web form doesn't actually work.Leaves me wondering why they don't either fix it, or removed it.

It is not fun when your furnace breaks down in the middle of a cold winter. Flame heating came out right away and assessed the situation. They then ordered all of the necessary parts and returned the next day to install them. Awesome service!

2 guys showed up and serviced my pellet stove. Collin did a detailed job of cleaning and servicing my old model. The price was very fair, they now have a life time customer.

Would give zero if I could. They only cared about charging you more without doing useful works. Avoid this company.

Had the owner of Flame Heating attend my home to quote me on replacing a nearly-30-year-old boiler system for my home in Delta. Already had another quote, and had scheduled another, as my wife and I prefer to shop around rather than get the shaft from someone. Scott not only had access to the same products as the first company that quoted us (withholding the name as this review is not about them) but quite literally half the price, and included permits, disposal of old system - everything and his experience was easily double the guy who came out from the first company. 3rd quote was much closer to Flame's than the overpriced company's quote, but still a couple of thousand dollars before tax on the higher side. It's hard to swallow paying thousands more, but also makes you wonder what you're NOT getting if you go with the cheaper quote. Still, Scott's experience and overall demeanor impressed me, and he earned my business. I will use and recommend Flame Heating to family and friends. 5 Stars all the way.
