I’ve been with this pharmacy for almost two years and have really enjoyed my experience. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the service needed.

Mike and his crew, Romy, Mere, and Sandy are the best. My husband and I feel like part of their family. We relocated to the other end of the city but kept using this pharmacy. We’ve been with Mike since before he started here. There have been so many times that they have come to our rescue after hours. I would recommend Country Hills pharmacy to anyone who wants to feel like you are the only person in the world when getting assistance. Love all of you and thanks for everything you do.B and B.

I love this pharmacy. They are friendly, personable, go out of their way to give you great service and make you feel that you are important to them. They are very knowledgeable and professional and you can share a good laugh with them too. Thank you to all the staff I have had the priviledge to deal with.

Great little pharmacy! Called this morning around 9:30 am in regards to purchasing crutches for children. They didn’t have any in stock but put me on a brief hold and let me know they would have some brought in from another store! I was able to pick up the crutches less than 2 hours later! The service they provide is top notch- Thanks again for all your help today!

Exceptional service from Country Hills Pharmasave! I am beyond grateful for the wonderful staff at this location, they continue to go above and beyond to ensure their customers are in good hands. All the staff are extremely well educated and are willing to assist you with any questions or matters you may require! Pharmacists have such a vital role in the health care field, the knowledge and support they provide are so important to our medical care and well being. I am beyond grateful for the dedication and support I have received from Mike and his team!

My wife and I had our booster shots booked for Friday Jan 7th. My wife was smart enough to call ahead the day before to make sure we still have our appointments.She was told that they are closing early on this day because they're having their Christmas party. Our shots were booked for 5:00 pm and 5:10 pm. My wife was told that they are closing at 3. They asked her if we can come now and we had to rush to get there and wait in line.Whoever the manager or owner of this location is, they basically decided that they need to have their Christmas party and that it is more important than people's health. With everything going on and our government encouraging us to get vaccinated, these people decide that partying is more important!!!!! We are extremely upset and shocked that the manager or owner made this decision. They normally close at 6 pm on Fridays according to their hours listed. They couldn't wait until after 6 to have their Christmas party??? You really needed to close at 3 and leave people who have been waiting to get their booster hanging high and dry??? oh, and there was no warning, no heads up. They're simply cancelling appointments made, probably a while ago, without informing the people who made these appointments.I hope that the owners/managers get in trouble from Pharamsave corporate about this cause corporate will definitely hear about this!!!!!

Pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. If you want to make transfer your prescription to other pharmacy if you moved to different city then they will refuse to do it..

very professional staff,very helpful and great service

I moved cities and asked for my prescriptions to be transferred. I am completely out of my medication. They refused and did not send my information to the new pharmacy. I am now furious because my mental health is on the line. They would rather risk their customers health than give up clients. Horrible customer service.
