Nanny Ninja

I was very pleased with my Nanny Ninja! The online booking was easy and quick and despite the short notice they quickly found a babysitter for the time I needed. Cindy was great with the kids, she immediately put me at ease and I knew they were in good hands. The one downside is the booking fee + the nanny fee but it's worth it to know that I am getting quality nanny care, especially when it's short notice!

Thanks to Nanny Ninja for helping me find the amazing family that I work with. This is my first nanny job and the whole process was excellent. The staffs at nanny ninja were professional, friendly and helpful. They followed up with me to know how my first week went and assured me that they will be there for me if I need any help.I highly recommend to everyone who needs a nanny job. Bravo NANNY NINJA!

I am a little disappointed, I called Nanny Ninja in April spoke to someone where someone was to call me back which never happen, now June and I need a nanny I called Thursday and I was scheduled for a call at 7:30am no called, Saturday someone was to call at 11:30 no called and still waiting

I needed a nanny, they have an OnCall service... They said. 2 e-mails with personal information about my family, one phone call with a message and I still waiting 3 days after. The worst service EVER. Nobody answered me never.

This was our first time getting a nanny and we shopped around for a good agency. After extensive search we came across Nanny Ninja. Their pricing seemed very reasonable to us and Brandon was able to understand our requirements extremely well. Since it was our first time, Nanny Ninja made sure to answer all our questions in detail and with clarity. I felt they were very honest throughout the process and provided great support during the interview phase. The candidates Nanny Ninja narrowed down and sent us were all exceptionally good and it was a difficult job for us to choose one. It's been 2 months since our nanny started with us and overall things have been great.Definitely recommend to give Nanny Ninja a shot. Thank you once again for the great support, Nanny Ninja.

8 weeks of researches for zero result.First candidate refused the offer after interviewSecond candidate never showed upThird candidate suggested, was already engaged with another employer ( why they don't check that before suggesting the candidate? big question)So if you want to spend time, money and energy for nothing, Nanny Ninja is the best place where to go;)the only positive point is their way of writing down agreements and put down numbers. But nothing about a trustable candidate fitting your needs.Good luck!

Please DO NOT TRUST this unprofessional unresponsible untrustworthy company! It was the worst experience of my life! They could not find a nanny fitting our needs even after a very long notice and I had to follow up with them to the last minute to see if they have found anyone!!! They finally sent a Spanish girl who was the most inexperienced nanny I had ever seen. I figured out (though very late) that what Nanny Ninja had sent us as her bio was different than what she claimed herself! The company claims that they only send the professional nannies while this girl was not only inexperienced, unprofessional, and unhelpful (she did not know how to change the diaper, make a bottle, etc...) but also made my-always-smiling happy 12 month-old boy cry all the day like crazy! My baby boy did not want to stay with her for a second, could not sleep at all during the day with her nor eat properly which was so weird and the girl shamefully believed that there is something wrong with my baby!!! That was a very stressful situation, I was so concerned particularly as my husband was out of the country, so I had to cancel all my meetings, take my baby out, away from that girl, to soothe him in the car!!! I had to take care of my 2 little kids (my son and my daughter) all by myself for 3 hours in the car!!! The worst part is that when we reflected all the problems to the company ( after many calls and emails to be able to find them!!!) and asked for help, they refused to help and instead of compensating their failure they cancelled their commitment (against our contract) to support us with nanny service for the rest of the week!!! Fortunately and thank to Nannies On Call" company I could find a great nanny for my urgent situation for the rest of the week and my kids (particularly my little boy) were very happy and calm with her. Please DO NOT give the responsibility of taking care of your precious little ones to this UNQUALIFIED UNFIT DISORGANIZED Nanny Ninja!Brandon

From the initial (free) interview with them, Nanny Ninja was very thoughtful and sincere to listen with all the requirements that we are looking with our future nanny. They took time to get to know us to find the right match for our family. It was very challenging for us being on this pandemic, becoming new parents and being new to Canada. Our experience with them is top notch and we highly recommend Nanny Ninja to families looking for care with their children.
