Outstanding service. Customer and auto-wise. They make you feel like family, when you enter and when you leave. It's a Latin thing but, extremely important for me. Aside from that, I brought my BMW SUV home, like new! I would recommend Simplicity to my own family and everyone else.

I bought a Mazda cx3 used last summer and recently I had to change some parts for maintenance. Not only did they fixed my problems but also provided a free car wash! My pieces were shipped fast and the service was prompt and professional. Definitely worth the time even for a consultation!

It's probably not a good sign that I've had to use their services twice now in the last 3 years for body work. I'm so happy with both of my experiences. They are professional, courteous, honest, and quick to reply. They are very easy to deal with and they did a fantastic job in repairing my car both times.

It was my first time using Milano Collision Center and I would highly recommend them. Excellent work, great pricing, and on time. The guys there were a pleasure to deal with. They also cleaned the interior, and polished my headlights. It's really nice to see a small business with guys who care about their work. 10 Stars!

Had my insurance service done here. Estimate was super quick and easy. Repair finished way before the anticipated date so very happy about that. Staff was courteous and made everything stress free. Only comment is that the hours of operation was in direct conflict with my working hours so it made arranging to drop off and pick up the car more difficult anticipated. However, service was wonderful.

Had a deep scratch on my car hood, took it to Simplicity, and the job was extremely well done. They are very professional and caring. I do recommend this place.

I had the two front fenders replaced because of rust damage to my vehicle. The personnel were friendly, courteous and respectful.The workmanship was outstanding and kept me informed of any required changes. I would recommend this company without hesitation.I give them top rating.

Someone hit the side of my car while it was parked and was sent to Simplicity by my insurance. Simplicity made a frustrating experience much much smoother, and I can't recommend their service enough.They were knowledgeable and were honest and helpful with the process of assessing the damage, processing the paperwork, and renting a car while the work was being done.They did great work on the body of the car. Four panels were dented and you can't even tell anything happened. 5 stars for the paint job, even my mechanic complemented their work, he didn't notice the paint job until I told him what had happened.There was an issue where my door handle wasn't working correctly a few weeks after the repair and they were able to quickly fix it at no extra charge. They went above and beyond to make sure this minor detail was resolved and made it clear that it was important that I felt confident in the repairs and weren't here to nickel and dime me.It probably sucks if you need to visit them, but if you need the type of work they do on your car they're going to do a great job at a reasonable price.

Had the passenger side doors repainted on my Toyota Highlander following a parking lot collision. Simplicity Car-Care did a fabulous job repairing and repainting the doors to perfectly match the vehicle. My customer service representative, Alberto was very helpful and answered all my questions.
