My milkshake was just chocolate syrup and ice with absolutely no shake base and inedible. Was given only a fountain pop in return and the machine sprayed soda all over me before the employee remembered and offered to fill my cup. Robert Ogden what is this foolishness

Had breakfast here in Fall River yesterday. The server was excellent, for a fast food restaurant, she outperformed most of the service we have had at pricier restaurants.Don’t know her name but she was working at 9am Saturday.Food was good too. The second cup of coffee she poured was unexpected and much appreciated.An enjoyable $10 breakfast experience.

My order was for onion rings and fries, There were, a couple in line in front of me, 2 workman waiting to be served & 3 people together waiting for there breakfast at a table, in my opinion, not busy. The workers left after waiting to long to place there order, the 3 at the table got there food and sent all 3 meals back because they were wrong, and my order was for onion rings and fries, after 15 minutes waiting I asked for a refund and went to McDonald's.

Just had a burger that was still cold and the bun wasn't toasted. They just slapped it together. After waiting 20 minutes in the drivethru. Just awful.

They were so in the woods. Took far longer than one would expect for drive thru. I suspect the turnover is intense so you can't blame any particular person. There are other locations you may have better luck at.

Three separate occasions now, I have pulled up to the drive thru to get breakfast during open hours, and all three times I wait and wait for 10 minutes and no one comes on the intercom to take my order. Unacceptable.

First time at A & W in Fall River. The service was good, but unfortunately we weren't impressed with the food. The coffee was watery. My friend had a burger and fries, she ended up throwing half of it away, She usually takes her leftovers home, but not this time. Too bad cause Fall River needs more places to eat, but good ones.

I had to pust this after the stellar service I received from Sandeep. A consummate professional who is highly motivated to provide outstanding service. Very down to earth, very personable, and always very attentive to his customers needs. A real asset to the company and to the community.
