Excellent service! Xavier communicated through the whole process, easy to work with, and went above and beyond to ensure my medical equipment was going to be delivered to me all in one piece. I was concerned that the original suppliers hadn't properly boxed it and he turned around and went back to the shipping company to double check it and addressed my concerns. He even stayed there to make sure they packaged it correctly. That was not in his job description and he could have gone on his way, but he did it anyway, that's integrity. I recommend XS Delivery Services 100%

I had a crate flown into Detroit for a RUSH repair for a very important customer and XS Delivery helped make sure it easily got from the airport to the destination! Communication was excellent and I will definitely use them in the future!! Thank you so much! :)

We are a small non-profit and needed help with some deliveries and Xavier came to the rescue. I called at 9am and Xavier was at are office by 11am. He was very professional and keep me updated with the deliveries with pictures and phone calls. We would definitely use them again.

10 out of 10 would NEVER recommend. This is the worst service ever and very unprofessional. The courier was very rude and does NOT respect females at all. I felt very threatened by him constantly harassing me and my team. Honestly, I think this business may have been the WORST service I have ever used and experienced.

Xavier was very friendly and communicative about our delivery status. He calls to update on the shipment and had very reasonable pricing. We would definitely recommend their services as it is hard to find good couriers in this area.

Had an urgent highly perishable package for pick-up and delivery arranged with Xavier, he got it done in the middle of rush hour traffic from the Detroit Airport. He went above and beyond with his service and kept me updated along the way! Would highly recommend their services! 10/10

Xavier was terrific to work with! He not only did a day-of confirmation call to me since my pickup was a little unique (hotel, but not the loading doc) and worked carefully with me and the team to ensure that we had a delivery time slot the next morning that would ensure someone at the charity was actually there and ready to receive the items. His extra attention to detail was noted by all of our attendees. It was a great experience, and illl definitely request him again the next time I’m in Detroit.
