Found a long wire in my vermicelli. Called the restaurant to let them know. There was no surprise, apology or regard for safety. They wanted to give us a credit on our food. We had to explain that perhaps it’s more appropriate to refund us (we are happy to give the food back) and let us decide whether we want to eat at their restaurant again. This took awhile to comprehend. Eventually they refunded the meal. We kindly said to check where this may have come from to keep any customers from getting a perforated bowel. Response was - I don’t understand, I already gave you your money back. Zero concerns or care.Update: They have LIED and not refunded us for the wire filled meal. Unbelievable. I’m going to report them.

Ordered pho and vermicelli, both decent. Beef robs on the vermicelli were a bit unflavored tho.Also ordered fresh shrimp spring rolls and fried frog legs. The latter was amazing! The waitress recommended it with butter and it was surprisingly good!!Waitresses were all very kind and friendly.

Came with my kids and ordered 3 small phos and a passion fruit drink. Pho was decent. I asked for a refill of the hot tea but never got it. I understand, they were busy and by that time we had to go.Went to go pay and they didn’t add the passion fruit drink so I told them and then they wrote up a new bill. Noticed that they only take cash or debit so I gave them my debit card to run which has a Mastercard symbol but is a debit card from Korea. Gave them 15% tip too even though service was subpar and they didn’t refill my tea. After it went through she said it was a Mastercard credit and seemed very annoyed even though I know it’s a debit card and I also gave them tip and reminded them of the drink they didn’t charge for.Food was okay but service needs work. Probably won’t be coming back.

Amazing Vietnamese food with very kind and helpful staff members. Would highly recommend to anyone in the local area. They do take American Dollars but the change won't be exact.

Tom yum chicken soup was purchased and it looks like the chicken is left over pieces with nerves and very bad quality. We asked for 50%refund(not even 100%) but now we need to return the food in order for them to give us the refund. Who is gonna drive back 20min to get 10-15$ refund? So we did not get any refund. This food is not even for dogs. They also add tip automatically when you purchase online. Avoid this place at all cost! See picture attached

I came in tonight and asked if they were still serving (9:30 pm) they said yes. A male told me to sit down. I sat down with my 5 year old daughter who wanted pho soup. A lady came to me with menus and then said they are closed and said sorry. Why was I told to sit down if you were still closed? They had 3 tables with families but my daughter and I was turned away. The manager needs to know about this. It is unacceptable

The food is quick and amazing. I’m Vietnamese myself, and they cook it the most authentic in the area. I went out of my way to write this review because they are always the staple of my day. Had to be said, go eat there!!

If you’re hungry then you’ll be fine. But if you know good Vietnamese food then don’t even bother coming here. Service is subpar with a few waitresses who don’t know how to smile or communicate. I smiled at them and cracked a few jokes but it wasn’t reciprocated :(Pho broth was awful I couldn’t even finish. My wife’s vermicelli was just ok, nothing spectacular. It’s a miracle they manage to stay in business.

First and last time trying this restaurant. Ordered curry chicken on rice I got CHICKEN BONES. My Wife ordered Veg Pho and got BEEF? She’s a vegetarian and made sure to call before ordering. Extremely disappointed as I drove 20 min to pick it up.

Not very good anymore. New higher prices and smaller portions.This is based on a takeout order called into the Oakville location today.This place used to be great. Prices were decent. The broth was very tasty.They've recently raised their prices and have also cut the portions basically in half. I'm not exaggerating. It was pathetic. I had an XL and my wife a Small. It looked too small to be an appetizer. See the photos attached for reference.Their website still has the lower old price and I ordered with those expectations. The store didn't honor the website price. Fine, I paid for my meal, only to find out when I got home that they actually only give you half of what they used to.
