They answered all of my questions patiently and made sure that I was completely comfortable with the process before they began. The duct cleaning itself was done to a very high standard. The team was meticulous in their work and made sure that every inch of my ductwork was cleaned thoroughly. They used top-of-the-line equipment and techniques, and left no stone unturned in their efforts to clean my ducts. What really stood out for me was the level of care that the team took throughout the process. They were incredibly respectful of my home, making sure that they left no mess behind and taking care not to damage any of my belongings. They also took great care to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process, checking in with me regularly to make sure that I was happy with how things were going. Beginning of May, Ray and his assistant cleaned our ducts vents, and dryer. My parents recommended Mint Duct Cleaning… from my very first email exchanges with Ray, I knew I was in great hands. He was responsive and pleasant to my first email, and quickly accommodated a date change for me when needed.Ray and his associate showed up right on time with smiles on their faces and wonderful attitudes. I had my two little guys and pup home with me, and they were just as great with them. I was shown the inside of my ducts using an iPhone camera, and told exactly what was happening. Highly recommend Ray and his team.Yes, they do exist and I called them!Super friendly extremely respectful.Ray called me saying he was a bit ahead of schedule (scheduled for 2pm). I said I had a toddler napping but would wake him up. He said no let your child sleep we will be there for 2pm.That alone is a ✔️ for me.They were extremely thorough and informative of the entire process.Mint duct cleaning give them a call.

Ray and his fellow co-worker did an excellent job with cleaning out our duct system. Ordered the gold package, but he was honest enough to mention and explain why it wouldn't be needed, saving me $150. Honesty at this level is very hard to find in this industry. Ray will be my go-to for duct cleaning for the foreseeable future.
