It’s a MONEY BAIT!!!!!! I was here for grad pictures. They will charge you $50 and tell you all pictures will ship to your home. However, you can only view your proofs on their website with large watermarks. Here comes the next step, they will bait you hundreds of dollars for printed versions, and no one tells u when u visit! The customer service will never pick up the phone trust me. If you already payed them, the best way is to find a watermark remover and fix it yourself.

I cannot believe that in a day of digital photography with an online account that the only way I can access my daughter's retakes is to wait for the paper order copy to arrive at the School and be sent to me. When I tried using the chat to help access the photos they said if I had the codes they could help me. Unbelievable. If I had the codes I wouldn't need their help! Then, they simply ended that with Thank you, have a nice day. They were not able to help at all and essentially hung up on me.

I have been ordering photos for my children for 16 yrs+ and given that there is no choice for the company that takes the photos at the school, I feel there should be more value for repeat customers. Considering I would like a photo each year, I am not sure why I have to pay $36 + shipping each and every time. The coupon codes are useless for someone who only wants a minimal package. They do not work. If I added up the cost for my two children from K-12 I have spent a fortune on mediocre photos. Very disappointed in the quality and cost for photos. I would NOT recommend Lifetouch Canada

The link they sent me to download my daughter's digital school picture isn't working. I tried on different days, using 3 different devices and 2 different browsers. EVERY TIME It says the server cannot be reached.I called customer services. They keep telling me I am talking to the wrong department and THEY keep transferring me from one department to another. The last girl transferred me to the US number where they told my they don't serve Canada and hung up on me. I have wasted 1h30 on this so far and I am exactly at the same starting point then I was before contacting them.I paid them money and they failed in providing the product. Now there is no one to talk to in making in right. It is a real joke.

I chatted online to one of their representatives who was most unhelpful. She actually ended our chat when I expressed my disappointment for her lack of helpful service.This company charges extra for fuel and labour. Absolutely ridiculous!A $12.99 picture ended up costing over $30 after their hidden costs are added in.Schools need to stop hiring this company.

Quality of photos is mediocre. What I am most annoyed about is the turn around of photos. We didn't get retake photo PROOFS until 3 days before winter break. The last time I checked most parents like to hand out school photos at Christmas time or over winter break when they see extended family and friends. We are now into January and I don't even have my child's photos yet. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope my school goes with another company next year.

The quality and turn around time has never been good and seems to be getting worse!For the first time in 11 years of school this year, we opted out of purchasing a photo of our grade 8 daughter. Even the retake was terrible! If the photographer just took a few minutes to fix hair or get comfortable it could be so much better!Unfortunately our dance school, Allegro performing arts in North Saanich continues to use them.If we want a studio picture we have no choice!Photos are done the beginning of June and we don't receive them until September when the next season has started! What a let down!One year we had to return all our dance photos because the photographer had cropped the feet out!!! That's kind of important for a dancer, don't you think?I will really be campaigning for a new photography studio to do the job.I've had enough!NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I have Lifetouch do my children's school photos, School Day and Class Photos. I didn't really bother ordering the School Day photos as my children were posed awkwardly and looked distorted. We have received the Class photos last week. I've got quite a number of children and each of their class photo had a least one student blinking including one of my own child. I have brought up the concern to their customer service and they mentioned that the photographer doesn't have enough time to look at their images and they will just pick the best one. Unfortunately the photographers do only have a certain amount of time to photograph each group

LifeTouch has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a class photo of my daughter's class which I never received! When I called today to inform them it's been longer than 4 weeks & still no photo, they were super difficult to work with. They said they would walk me though another order but then told me that I could not order since I was not my daughter's biological mother! Why was this not told upfront? I already placed an order & this was never mentioned! TERRIBLE service! I will NEVER order from your company again! If I have proof I am a parent on file with the school, this should not be questioned! Totally unacceptable.
