Very bad experience with the service and the supervisor, Sarah. I’ve purchased items for full price and wanted to return them, but was rejected. They couldn’t give a proper reason as to why they can’t do my return even though I have the receipts, the items were all bought with regular price and they’re all within a week. I don’t see any reason why I can’t return the items. Never visit!

I buy my husband pants from here, the staff is always great. We bought pants that were a canvas-y material and they pilled, we took them in and they exchanged them for new ones, we couldn't find stock so Cheryl helped us and ordered them online. Super appreciated!!

I do normally like the Lululemon products but am not pleased with a few items I have bought from there in the last few years. I find the material on some of the products can be thin, poor quality, and not long lasting. I don't wear the products all the time and take good care of the products I do own so it can be disappointing when there is defects. The sweat collective membership is highly worth it if you qualify. As if have any issues with any products for returning the company is good about returns.

I cannot praise Jill and her staff highly enough! Everyone was so kind and helpful but I must speak single Jill out. I wish I could go into detail how she went above and beyond for me today. Thank you so very, very much, Jill. Red Deer may be a smaller store compared to others Lululemon locations, but this store and staff more than make up for it.

Great clothing. Friendly and helpfull staff. Have love everything. I have bought out of the swim trunks. Fit a little small and liner was a little tight. But always a great visit.

It was my first visit at the bower mall store. Customer service is awesome. All the ladies are very nice to everyone. My husband and I felt very welcomed. Kaylee was helping me try the leggings. She is such a happy soul and jolly person. Thanks for helping me out and I love my olive green leggings :)
