Went in to have my scope set up properly as I was having issues. Josh took the time to sort me out. All the staff I interacted with over the phone and in person were knowledgeable, polite, friendly and courteous.They fixed my issue and set me up for success.Great work and customer service.

New owners won't honor warranty. Tried to get an item replaced under warranty and was denied stating the former life time warranty has been cancelled. Dealt with a lot of scope companies and never been met with such poor customer care.

The price and quality you get out of scorpion is by far the best! Just got a pair of binoculars and a range finder from scorpion, and let me tell you, They are both extremely clear and on top of it the range finder is extremely quick to range any target! Extremely impressed and will always stand behind scorpion products!
