Usually when I go the staff are nice. I enjoy going to this craft store and have been there many times. I would say that they have a good selection. I’d love it if they had more options for beading and jewelry displays. Unfortunately my last experience on Monday really upset me as I was desperate to use the washroom and staff would not let me. I was also happy to make my purchase prior to using the washroom as I have worked retail before and understand loss prevention etc. It was very inconvenient at that time as I was pregnant :(

This place is amazing! I called 15 minutes before closing, managed to get there with ten minutes to spare. I thought I was going to have to drive to Michaels for the things I need, but the owner and workers were available and helpful! They helped me brainstorm ideas, I found things I didn’t even know they would have. Variety and quantity is great! I would have been screwed for the bridal shower I’m planning if it weren’t for them! And the owner stayed a bit later after closing helping me. This is what local business should look like. And even better, pricing is better than Michaels!!!!!

From the first day I visited this store , the staff have been friendly, helpful and know their stuff. I’m continually impressed with the products they offer and quality of everything. If you have never been in and are a crafter or just curious, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent source for your sublimation blank need. I purchased garden flags, beer cozies, tiles, t shirts and tote bags. Great quality and very reasonably priced and the best thing is that they’re local. I highly recommend you to check out all of their other craft items.

First time visiting and overall it is a nice, clean, organized place. Decent selection of items that I’ve had a hard time finding elsewhere.I do wish the vinyl was available in 5 ft rolls when you need a little more than 3 ft but not quite 15 ft.Some items seem a little overpriced. Paid $25 for an item that is regularly $9-$14 anywhere else, which I suppose is partially my fault for not doing my research better.Also my husband was not allowed to use my email to collect points with me standing there, just because he was paying and not me.

First time I got some vinyl from them, they were still using their home as a base of operations. Now, their second location in town is bigger and better than ever. They have increased their products lines, and got some unique vinyls, including one that survives dishwashers. Their selection of blanks is second to none, and prices are reasonable.

Fabulous prices, fantastic selection, always have great deals. Everyone working there is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. RQC is my go to for my Cricut supplies as well as other crafting needs. I highly recommend this place, check it out you won't be sorry.

When I was starting out for sublimation I had a lot of questions about products the RQC carried, they were very knowledgeable and very helpful with picking out what would be best for me to try. Thankful for the guidance and amount of product to choose from. Pricing is very fair and quality was great.
