Great place to live. Aspen/Maple mailboxes are very small, so if you order a large parcel it will not fit and you must be present to receive it (there's no A/B boxes). The soundproofing between units is not great, and near the windows it can be kind of cold, but this is a great on-campus residence option. Both aspen and maple have parking lots behind them, and the road in the middle is mostly a footpath (though service vehicles and the mail carrier can come in).Edit: mice can be a problem if you live on main floor aspen and maple. I know of cases in 2019 and 2020.

As a student currently living in one of the basement rooms in Aspen & Maple house, my room is adjacent to lot 88, everything seems fine except for the mice. This summer, me and my roommates have noticed the mice running in our rooms and we can hear the mice at night because they are living in the wall, it literally gives me PTSD so I decide to move out during the fall semester. The mice continue to show up despite the fact that we contacted the residence service and got some assistance for pest control, which makes me very frustrated.
