If I could give it a 0 I would. I put a 2k deposit down for a car while I was waiting for my lease to be approved which I was told it was going to take a couple of days; After a week and a half and endless non returned calls I was told the car was given to someone else that apparently applied before me. Shouldn’t I’ve been told that was the case?? And why did they take my down payment and run my credit check if there was someone else already in line waiting for their credit to be approved ??? I’m still waiting for my refund; they’re quick to take your money without checking if the car is actually available, but there’s no rush to give it back. A load of stress to put on a pregnant woman.

I get tue feeling that these good comments for those dealer are from family members and friends. Horrible service from this dealership. Not worth your business one bit. Go to Vimont Toyota instead, way better by far!

Sales representative didn't even get into the detail information. Instead he told us that we have to wait almost a year for a car and that it would be useless to appraise my car because by the time the new car would arrive they would have to reassess my car. They couldn't tell me the price either.

Hi I have been Toyota lover since always now I booked a Prius prime at Toyota montreal north on December 1 2021 till today I have no news all I need to say is montreal north location is worst one I have tow friends they both brought their cars at Montreal north location for insurance claims both were treated really bad please stay away from this location

My appointment was at 10:30am. I wait until 12:45 and i ask is it done the girl who serve me she said i have to wait another 2 hours. Just to do an inspection. So in total i wait 4 hours to do an inspection. What a bad service. I will never go there.

Salesperson lied to us about the transferring of a 10 year rustproofing service that we paid over 500$ for.On top of it they cant ever properly clean a car. Left streaks over every glass
