I felt as though the staff member I dealt with couldn't be bothered to take the necessary few moments to legitimately hear out my request. I was given very specific information from a personal associate of the owner/manager's and not only did I leave there without any of my requests being met but, I also left with a horrible feeling of wishing I could get those moments completely WASTED in the establishment back.

I use the drop off service for my coveralls. Very fair prices and almost all the ladies who work here remember me which makes me feel welcome! I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future!

GCM is the place to go if you need dry cleaning or to get your massive load of put off laundry done! You can even tan while you wait which is pretty awesome! The service isn't only welcoming but professional. The owners Alberta and Gary are always a blast to talk to. You always leave chucking, with a smile on your face! Keep it up GCM!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I noticed right away the building inside need some upgrades see my picture.Clean someone wrote, I definitely didn’t see that! From the washer and dryer needing to be wipe down the white carts you are to place the clean clothes are gross ( see picture.) I has hesitant to use the sliver ones provided. The bathroom was actually clean.I found it to be pretty cold inside the laundry mat, I noticed two other customers wearing their winter jackets as well I was.Than 5 dollars for a medium size washer, wow! The dryer wasn’t much cheaper either but they both got the clothes wash and dry.The staff was pleasant though

Clean, clean, clean, and sweet sweet sweet are the machines and the ladies who helped me that work here. So 10 out of 10 would recommend this place! And there's a lot of people who would recommend as it's the only laundromat in dc.
