They close a deal really good, call you 50 times to go ahead with them, but then wait for it. All the excuses in the world. Missing a door since july and no news since. Obviously they don’t finish what they start, very unprofessional.

They have the audacity to ask questions about your health choices. Do you build kitchens and then eat them? I'm confused. Super unprofessional. Avoid this company.

La seule que qui est bien est que mes armoires sont plus que beau. Mauvais services, attente trop longue on vient de finir avec la finition après 6 mois! Jamais leur juste sur combien de temps pour chaque étape et il fallait toujours que ça soit nous a courir pour savoir quand les travaux allaient se continuer.

J’ai fait affaire avec Cusimax pour la conception et l’installation de ma cuisine et je suis TRÈS satisfaite! Expérience impeccable de A à Z. Mme. Généreux a fait preuve de patience et m’a bien conseillé dans le choix des matériaux et les plans de M. Crispino ont bien maximisé l’espace. Tout s’est fait dans les délais prévus, la qualité des armoires et des tiroirs de cuisine est excellente, prix très compétitif et très bon service d’installation. Je recommande fortement! They should change their name to Scrubmax. Worse service ever; spend your money somewhere else. Totally prejudice and rude.

I had a good experience with Ron and the team, however, their contractor is not reliable, doesn't finish the job, and has poor quality. After redoing my kitchen and bathroom and using their services and paid more then 35,000$, they use a contractor named Claude and unfortunately, the backslash is yet to be finished (6 months delay), the caulking is already cracking, water infiltration between the sink and the counter and already a wave to has formed.The bathroom vanity was installed, but the drywall hasn't been redone, their holes everywhere, and the light was not installed at the right place, and the new pipes installed are leaking every time we in the shower or take a bath.After many attempts to reach Ron and the contractor; they keep ghosting me. This leaves me no choice, but to write a really bad review but also to retract my father and sister's referral to this business to redo their Kitchen. Do not pay for a service until the work is 100% complete.
