Eco Forest Flooring

We just had our hardwood floors refinished. The floors were done on time and they gave us daily updates. They look amazing even though they hadn't been done fore over 20 years. The cost was so reasonable. We got 5 quotes and they were the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Great response time for voicemails, ECO FOREST FLOORING has all the tools needed to offer a professional product. Workmanship for our refinishing job was superb, and customer service very responsive. John returned to the job site to reset the closet doors after the floor was cured. Thorough explanations of the work to be done, and as the work progressed Minimal disruption to the rest of the house and spotless clean up at the end of the job. I cannot recommend them highly enough five stars plus!

We had our floors refinished in August and within 3 months noticed it was already flaking and peeling. After 6 months the peeling is spreading fast and looks really bad. This was supposed to be the last time we refinish but it's not going to last very long. We were told how durable the finish is and should last 15 to 20 years! We had the floors refinished about 20 years ago and never had anything like this happen and we've never seen anything like this in another home. The floor still looked pretty good, we just wanted to change color and clean up some worn spots. They don't seem to care very much, didn't even want to see it, says that's what happens sometimes and basically brushed us off. Even when the color was wrong he got very defensive, doesn't want to hear it! We regret choosing Eco forest and suggest looking at someone else with a warranty or guarantee on work.

John did a great job with our new flooring. He was great with our pets too. Very kind, neat, and courteous. Would for sure recommend him.

This company stole from us. Believe it or not They work thier employees very hard without pay . This company is under investigation by Labour standards by several different claims .This company claims that I am a disgruntled former employee but that’s also a lie and a final insult to the hard work that was done for free. Nobody stole anything, maybe they mistaken for someone else. How can there be SEVERAL CLAIMS against this company for not paying employees? There was excuse after excuse, week after week why pay was not ready. After 4th week Finally realizing we was not getting paid and the contract delay was also a lie. Nobody stole nothing not from this employee, unbelievable they would say this, prolly just another disgruntled employee who wanted to get paid, but wasn’t us.

Your company was recommended by my uncle and we live 1.5 hours away from Winnipeg,based on some of your reviews we were sceptical but after being reassured by John the owner that they would do a great job amongst other promises they came through.His workers were awesome and friendly and most of all his price was great and job was excellent. Thanks again team echo.

I worked for several days in this company, the work is not difficult although a little dusty, the owner seemed to me a good man very patiently explained everything to me how to work, the working conditions in the workshop are not bad, light and warm, the only thing that I suspected was that I was not given no documents stating that I really work for them, respectively, after three working days I asked me to formalize, to which I received an answer that I should still go to work and wait for the signing of documents, according to Canadian law, an employee must sign a work contract and after that work and nothing else
