I can see some people have had troubles at this business establishment. I was treated above and beyond by this fine staff. They were so gracious and allowed me so much leeway with my loan. I would NEVER hesitate to shop or take a loan from these extremely fine people.

Since the old owners left it has really went downhill these people,e basically stole my husband's ring worth 1200 because we sold them a laptop with a password they lost the password to the laptop and told us if we didn't give them the password that they would not sell us back our ring that we pawn they are crooks and bad at business never going here again

Got a quick and easy loan with them. All they needed to do was make sure my collateral worked. (Electric guitar) and walked away with enough to make it to payday

The service from here is unbelievable and a place where you feel safe and not like they are about money. They went above and beyond to accommodate my problem.

When you run a business you are suppose to give wonderful customer service, other wise how do you get customers back?They are very rude. I've watched them sit at their desks taking selfies with Snapchat or scrolling through Facebook like she had more too do.The additude from them is disgusting. Just because we live in a town with lots of mischief and drugs, but not everyone whom walks through the door is a bad person. Try smiling, that is what customer service is about.

I have had one bad experience with this store . Other then that the staff has been great ! Defiantly recommend this small bushiness ! For pawning or for finding some great items for a lessor price then big box. If you have a problem bring your item back and the staff will help the best they can . Hope this review helps make it right ! My last review was a bit hasty.

SHADY THIEVES!! Well this place was shut down by the head office of the pawn shop chain common exchange, according to a new employee who spilled the beans to me, they fired most of the employees for taking advantage of there positions, (theft, bad deals, stealing from customers etc..) then they reopened with all new staff and they still are thieves. I was two days late and they charged me $30 (one month interest) for those two days and an additional $30 to renew. Basically they made double the interest for 32 days. Go to any store in town and I'd never have been ripped off like this, what a shady thieving company this is. Don't ever go here unless it's to buy something and even then, they are way overpriced and the staff is unforgiving. I'd give this place a wide berth and go to any other pawn shop in town to be treated better. THIEVES
