It's a good way to commemorate those innocent people who lost their lives in such a tragic way..Interesting architectural design.

This place was extremely beautiful. The stories and photos on the walls were very informative and did not omit any possibly sensitive/triggering details which showed the true severity of the Holocaust. I came in the winter, but it was still very nice

Very well kept and has informative posters in the inside of its walls. Lovely sculpture to walk around on the inside and look at the gallery of pictures etched into the stone.

Jarring reminder of WWII and Canada’s involvement. Beautiful art on the installation and places to be reflective within the cement walls.

A great monument to honour those impacted by the Holocaust. Definitely a must see when visiting Ottawa. You can visit this monument on your way to the War Museum. It takes roughly 15-20 minutes to view all information in the monument.

Lest we forget, yet these crimes against humanity continue to this day. When will humanity become humane?

Powerful and informative monument to the victims of the Holocaust. Interesting to read about Canada's response to the Holocaust and their army's role in liberating the camps.

Very good, the outdoor museum, during the virus pandemic, guarantees good air circulation and social distance.

We were very affected walking around inside this monument. It's wide open, but the high, angular walls and drabness of it all can make one feel claustrophobic, trapped, hopeless. Faint pictures on some walls have plaques to describe various aspects of the Holocaust, but mostly, in our experience, it was the feeling of being there. Absolutely haunting, and stays with you even after you walk up the steps to the freedom" of the outside world again. It's a bit like being in a fun house
