In my clinical practice I am trying to help people who suffer from chronic pain. Almost always chronic pain either leads to or is tightly interwoven with a depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, PTSD or other mental health issues. While medications and injections can help, I can see a dramatic difference in my patients who include a psychologist or psychotherapist in their healthcare team. Especially a mental health practitioner, like Anna Sky. She has an amazing breadth of experience and expertise in a broad spectrum of treatment modalities (from CBT to EMDR). All my patients who saw her are sharing with me how much they like her and what profound improvement they feel in their mental health, pain experience and wellbeing at large.
