I came by the store to pick up some food for my picky eater. The staff were very helpful and were interested in learning more about my dog. They recommended a food that he absolutely loves. Great selection of products and staff!!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I prefer this pet store (to their neighbour) because of that.For 8 years I've been trying different types of food to satisfy my picky cats. They are never excited to eat so I've been trying numerous brands and styles of food. The staff recommended Fromms. I had never heard of this brand before (they don't sell it at the chain stores) but that goodness I walked into Helmutt's because my cats LOVE THEIR FOOD. And they always finish their meals now. Thank you!They will also email you your receipt if you ask for it which is a small but wonderful option.

I love how they welcome our dog. She LOVES the treats. When I needed a food that specially did NOT have a certain ingredient, they quickly found and assembled them all for me at the front. (It takes me a long time to read all the labels myself). They know their product!

Excellent costumer service. Good prices. I was well assisted by the representative at the store on Wednesday afternoon. She Answered all my questions about my senior Dalmatian with proper knowledge. Highly recommend!

Love this store, it’s a perfect small community vibe in a large city, call and order your pet’s food or supplies. Ask about special orders or special dietary restrictions or supplements and they can find it and order it for you. My American Bully has several allergies and I was able to find a single ingredient kibble that is raw adjacent and perfect for her.

A very cute store with very kind and helpful staff, in a very convenient location (for me personally). However, the price increase for the item i purchased was shocking compared to other pet stores. Im happy paying a small price increase to shop at a local store, but the cat litter I purchased was almost 50% more expensive than other stores... I'd be curious to know why that is.If it wasnt extremely heavy I would bring it back, but ill accept the loss this time and might consider buying other items here if they're reasonably priced

Had a great first experience here today. I have only been buying pet supplies online lately, but stopped in the store because I was in the area and needed advice about a specific product (cat harness). Customer service was great and even offered to exchange the product if it was not the right fit for my cat. The store had a good selection, and I look forward to returning and spending more time browsing when I have the chance!

Stopped by here a few weeks ago & the customer service (if you even call it that) is horrendous. I was looking for turtle food for my little guy who has stopped eating out of nowhere. I tried to ask a few questions about the food and basically got one word unhelpful responses with no eye contact or willingness to assist so I gave up. Wouldn't have purchased anything from there if I had another pet store near by. To be independent and offer such a low level of customer service is only going to come back around in the end. I'd like to also add that in other reviews accurately depicting the level of customer service, the response its a hard year sorry it showed" is not addressing the concern and move over sounds quite insincere. It's been a hard year for everyone including your customers.All in all won't be back and will advise people to stay away. Please learn to at least pretend to be friendly/provide basic customer service."

Great staff who will help you get whatever you need, and take care of you on a long term basis that really shows they care about their customers. Great variety and always interesting new things in stock!

Staff are always pleasant & so happy when people bring pets in to say hi".It's a small space but decently stocked with all the essentials I'd need for my dog at competitive prices (checked with other stores & websites and they're always close/better here)
