Inept and careless front office staff. They charged me 230/- out of pocket saying that the insurance wouldn't cover after the session was over. It does not take rocket science to predetermine someone's insurance coverage, and letting me know how much it covers. I wouldn't have gone through with the appointment had I known it. It wasn't even an essential procedure. Don't see myself going back.

Had some horeable expirance ken mikinen trend a small cavity into a root canal and got angry threw his tool on the table when I answered how I was feeling and he charges to clean up his mistakes

Glad I never went here.My close friend went for cleaning and they only did bottom and ask him to go back and #charged him #$700 ..... just for a cleaning! Almost as much as gold cap lol.Will let the brothers know to brush more and save $700 #bucks

An excellent dentist. They quoted me costs in the 100's when other dentist's quoted 1000's, and not only cheaper they provided a much better solution than the alternatives. Nothing but good experience and that's saying a lot from someone who is extremely uncomfortable with dental work.

Dr. Janet was able to fix my infected moler and saved me from having to dish out thousands at the specialist's office. Normally I'm really nervous at the dentist but we were laughing and joking the whole time and I couldn't believe when she said it was done. I heard she's on medical leave so if you see this Dr. Janet please come back - we need you!

Dr. McCracken, has always showed me compassion and patience while under his care. I’ve had two root canals done by Dr.McCracken, and I must say that I have not had any issues with my teeth! They are perfect!Also, I don’t like going to the dentist and he makes the experience a lot easier. He is one of the best dentists in my opinion. I don’t understand the negative reviews.

I had major anxiety heading into my appointment. I had one of my top wisdom teeth pulled in office. The patient care was exceptional and very caring about how it was my first time getting a tooth pulled. I was handled with awesome care. Plus the tooth was out in 2 seconds!!! Thank you Dr. McCracken and Acacia!
