Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered online for pick up at this location. Unfortunately, the pizzas were burnt at the top. The cheese was dried out and did not stretch. The ingredients also did not taste fresh. I would skip this location if you can.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered from this location this evening to try the new Papa Bowls. Received them, after already starting to eat them realized the toppings on 3 of them were incorrect. We also did not receive the $1.20 dipping sauce. We continued to eat as it was past dinner time, we are hungry after a long day as people who usually order take-out are. I called and a woman answered the phone, explained the situation. Was put on hold numerous times. I was told I was wrong and that the boxes she gotten mixed up but the toppings were correct and that she herself has made the orders herself. I explained that they were in fact wrong and that I would like some sort of compensation whether it be partial refund, coupon a free pizza ANYTHING. I was told no and that the only thing she would do is send the driver back to pick up the food and have the correct order sent out otherwise she could not help. Went back and forth with her in regards to we were not waiting and it was not fault that they are unable to do their job correctly. I then asked to speak to the store manager she mentioned she was the person on duty at this time. I asked when the store manager was in and she had mentioned she was then the store manager, and that if I didn't want to speak with her anymore I could speak with a supervisor at 10pm. In what world does a store manager pass issues with clients to a supervisor? Ive been in customer service for 10 years, apart of numerous management teams, this would NEVER happen. At this point I was fed up of repeating myself to someone who clearly cannot comprehend how to deal with an error that she, herself made as a “store manager”. I said I would be contacting head office and asked for her name, I was then told to have a good night. I requested the name again and was then told have a good night and was hung up on. I have read previous reviews and responses from the owners mentioning new owners with over 12 years experience and that is a joke if I ever heard one. A manager with over 12 years experience would NEVER ever ever behave this way to someone spending their hard earned money at their store and company. P.S the papa bowls were not worth the $12.99 it’s advertised as “layers” if you want to call some cheese thrown over some toppings with pizza sauce layers then I guess it’s alright. A $66 dollar order … complete waste of money.

I ordered a pizza and garlic sticks at 11am on Saturday may 27 2023 and did not receive my order until 1225 waited all that time do not order pizza from there it’s the Rogers rd store

The best pizza chain out there. Im a big critic when it comes to your typical chains, but this Papa Johns location is the best! It tastes like authentic wood fired pizza no joke. They give SO MANY TOPPINGS! I love it and it’s my new go-to place for pizza. Keep up the great work guys !

Can't go wrong with their cheddar cheese garlic knots. Literally the best out there. Pick one up every fridays on my way home. Grabbed a pizza on my way to visit my Mom on mother's day. They made this heart shaped pizza and it came out perfect. Previous management was a joke. These new guys have couple stores and I've been to one or two. Definitely know what they're doing. Great customer service and great food.

The pizza is alright, nothing special. $2.00 extra charge per topping is extreme. The garlic knots are good.
