I bought a 2010 Ford Flex from here 6 months ago. It began throwing o2 sensor codes within a couple of months so I replaced them, but codes kept coming. Turns out both turbos are shot along with oil leak from timing chain cover. We spent $6000 on the car and now have a $9000 repair quote. It's a total loss for us. I tried to reach Luxor through their website to see if they'd offer any kind of support in a situation as disappointing as this but never got a response. I know they aren't obligated to offer anything, and even if it happened 3 months earlier, their warranty offer would have only covered $1000. Even still, acknowledgement of the situation by way of a response would have been appreciated. I wish I'd shopped somewhere with a more useful warranty options, and won't be ask quick to trust a dealerships affirmation of the thorough inspection they had done.

Dealing with Luxor was a fantastic experience.I do not live in BC so I required substantial help to buy without physically seeing the vehicle first. I was assisted mainly by John, he was very honest and accommodating to my requests. In addition, he was attentive in pointing out minor imperfections the vehicle had before I decided to buy.Luxor arranged transportation of the vehicle to me, which ended up being 4 times faster than I had expected.When I received my car it was in excellent detailed condition, and they included factory winter floor mats as a bonus.Even after the sale they kept in contact to ensure the transfer of ownership went smoothly.Thank you to John and everyone at Luxor for treating my purchase with care.

In the past I have always bought well used cars privately but my last and present car (Honda Civic) I purchased here. No regrets whatsoever, a great buy on an auto with high mileage and still running great 18 months later. Staff was fine and did make an effort with me. Good explanations about the car and some staff work in getting me and another buyer to the vehicles and serving us both quite well. Like another reviewer, I also say you do have to know what to expect for the low prices. There was nothing shady here, just people trying to get by. They negotiated a bit as well. I never give 5 stars but all in all, I will visit them first when I upgrade. A positive experience.

We were treated fairly and service was responsive. I appreciated the follow up phone call I received when the truck I wanted came available. When we purchased the truck, an insurance broker came to Luxor Motor Sports and got us on the road very quickly. I will be keeping my eye on their website and hopefully find more deals in the future.

In 2018, I bought a 2009 Nissan Murano from here for $ 6450 At that time, I think the mileage was 208,000 km.Eric recommended that car to meAfter four years of using the car, there was no need for a repairman, except that I changed the car oil at the right time.Because Ash (shop owner and mechanic) inspected the car for me and only needed to change the front links, which he did the next day.but the interesting thing is that after four years, I sold the car for $ 9,800 with 239,800 km, and the customer is satisfied.

These guys are honest and helpful. I came here after receiving very rude service from a BMW dealership, and the guys at Luxor were far more transparent and kind. I bought my first car here thanks to a recommendation from my family (who also had a great experience) and after a week or so, I noticed some clinking noises with the car, so I brought it back to them and they fixed it right up, very quickly. It was a very small issue that didn't impact function - car was all good. I couldn't be happier! Shout out to Eric and Ash for their help, and straightforward honesty. I will be recommending these guys for my friends looking for their first cars too; trust at a car dealership is so important. Cheers!

Bought my 2001 Volvo S60 from this dealership. Eric was a serious help in the decision of it all. Despite it being a busy day and him being the only salesperson around he found the time to delegate tasks and really tell you about the car for it's worth. He acknowledges what the car has, and does not have. Was completely transparent with the car's history, his opinion of the car and the listed price of the car. I'd recommend him when finding your next car because even if he can't find you a car on his lot, then he'll recommend where else to go.I was able to get a great price on my car, he made sure I was comfortable with the entire process and answered any questions I had the entire time.

I have bought 2002 Jaguar X-Type from this dealership.When I was looking around, I wanted to test drive a vehicle. A sales person told us they don't allow test drive unless we buy the vehicle. I was serious so I agreed but later it seemed like up-side down proposition.The car had broken front windshield, not working A/C, not working truck actuator, beat up interior and damaged wheels. all of each worth of $1000 of repair. Since non of them were safety hazard and I can fix it by myself, I signed on the document.After I signed, I felt like I could have asked for a bit discount. The sales manager completely turned from his friendly face to a thug. all the other employees have done the same move. I was threatened and stayed down.After the purchase, I later found out the car had Vacuum leak, transmission problem, leaking transfer case, Wiper doesn't work, Rear brake seized, Rear control arm was falling off that whole rear transaxle was moving my 2 inches side to side, Radiator leaking.This was on top of the problems I found initially.I was young and I never knew any dealership would sell such a safety hazard.They should shut down immidiately.
